They specialize in BMWs and Minis, and it shows they know these cars inside and out. I felt confident leaving my car in their hands, and the work was done right the first time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for expert European auto care!

5 /5 Carmen Caccavale: I visited Terry Sayther with my 2017 BMW 330i for wiring repair due to rodent activity. Rhett was amazing, explained the diagnostic process and costs as well as wait times. He ensured that I understood the process and managed my expectations and anxiety about the bill, also offered other great ideas about how to manage potential rodent damage on the wiring of my car. The owner was incredibly gracious as well, even going to the shop to get the status of repairs and inspection. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of repair as well as the results. My car is back in great shape, and I found a new home for maintenance and repairs that is honest and forthright. My only regret is not finding Terry Sayther sooner!

We have always had a great experience, with good communication and fast turn around time in getting our vehicles repaired and back to us. They are very trustworthy in that they dont try to pressure you into getting additional work done that isnt needed, unlike our experiences with the range rover dealerships. And the car wash was a nice plus! Highly recommend them for your service needs.
