Only downside is that theyre so good that theyre always slammed with customers, so walk-in availability can be hard to come by. Soon Ill be moving 20-ish minutes away, but Ill probably still come all the way here for my car service, because theyve definitely earned my complete trust. I always bring my high-mileage car in for service before taking my bi-annual 2600 mile round trip, and Ive never once had to worry about being able to make the drive. The same definitely cant be said about their competitors in the area, one of which nearly cost me my life from their negligence (long story; luckily they arent in business anymore). You cant put a price on trust and peace of mind.

Hank, the owner, always greets me when I come in and we discuss what work needs to be done. After the shop gets started with my car, Hank always calls me to re confirm what will be done, including options and cost estimates. When the work is complete, Hank goes over what was done and answers my questions. The work is always done in a timely fashion, with no big surprises. Ive always been satisfied with the work. The whole operation is very organized, clean and professional. Dealing directly with the owner is reassuring, knowing everything will done to my satisfaction.

Ethan Morris: Go somewhere else, they did a service (which took 3 days oddly and I had to call and ask) and left a complete mess over the vehicle, but worst of all they damaged the car! They tried to not acknowledge any wrong doing by not notifying me and when confronted all they could say was accidents happen! So you accidentally left oil on steering wheel and body parts? Nobody there takes pride in their work, are there any decent shops left? Those scratches are deep and fresh and now on my own time I have to take more time away from work to get it repaired. UPDATE: So yes they did pay for the damage to the vehicle, and the owner responded to this quickly so that’s appreciated, can’t say the same for the store manager. He made everything sound like such a burden. The service I had done because it was recommended ($3k oil pump replace) did not fix the issue. Like I mentioned to the shop it could be the sensor or sending wire… I replaced myself and seems to be working well now with gauge reading properly. I wonder if it was even checked or voltage tested.

Matthew Warner: Called at 9AM on a Saturday, brought the car for total brake pad + rotor replacement, service was done by 12:30PM. Fast, easy, fairly priced ($300 for service, $460 for parts + supplies), Oscar is knowledgeable and very friendly. They did have two pit bulls just kind of roaming the store but they were friendly too. The service came with a 1 year warranty, all around great experience!
