5 /5 Maria Ly: I’ve had a great experience at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic Associates of Dallas-McKinney. The whole process has been smooth, and everyone is friendly and professional. The X-ray technicians were efficient and welcoming, making each visit easy. Dr. Ingall has been exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and reassuring. His positive and calming demeanor put me at ease from the start. He listened to my concerns, scheduled my surgery quickly, and has provided outstanding care throughout my recovery. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Ingall to anyone in need of orthopedic care!

5 /5 Alyson Thornley: I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic! I broke my wrist(I am 34 and this was my first broken bone) and initially saw a different doctor that was very cut and dry with their treatment plan and did not really listen to or take my concerns into consideration. I came to this clinic to get a second opinion and immediately felt so much more comfortable and at ease. Dr. Yari took the time to listen to all my concerns and gave a realistic treatment plan that I very much appreciated. After the initial appointment I saw Dr. Yari’s PA Jerome. He has been amazing throughout this journey! He is thorough in his explanation of how things are going, is very personable, and shows a genuine care for his patients. The front desk staff, nurses, and xray techs have all been very kind and helpful. The clinic is clean and the appointment process is easily scheduled and always conducted in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone needing orthopedic care!

2 /5 Cosette Funk: The doctor was fine and helpful, but the back office didnt do their prep work. After waiting 3 months for the appointment, I thought that they would have read over my file and prepped the doctor. Once the doctor was given all the tests, he quickly said that he was the wrong doctor to handle it - and wondered why they had scheduled me. Happily, he suggested a doctor that could handle the issue. I havent had that appointment yet, so the jury is still out on if this will be the correct doctor.

3 /5 Karen Miller: I did e-check in before arrival. Wait time to be called back 45 minutes. Treatment was ok. I have many questions after a year of injections and problem still exists. I spoke with PA and felt she was not sure how to answer. I think I would have appreciated her maybe indicating that she would speak with the orthopedic doctor. I have never seen a doctor and have been OK to see the PA but I think I am looking for maybe further discussion or options regarding my orthopedic issue. She was good to take her time and I did not ever feel rushed, but I wonder if maybe I have maxed out with her? We did discuss referral for an MRI and/or referral to a pain management doctor. Hesitant at this point to go to pain management as I am trying to determine the reason for my continued pain medically speaking. I understand that she may not know is a chronic issue that may have no definitive answers. I just maybe I am at a place where I would appreciate seeing an orthopedic doctor. I’m guessing that it is something that I need to request?

5 /5 Trishna Desai: What an amazing clinic for the community. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted promptly and taken back by the friendly medical assistant. She was very kind and knowledgeable and made things very efficient. The provider, Ryne, was thorough. I wasn’t expecting that from a walk in clinic but they took X-rays and he reviewed the images and did an examination. Helped me pinpoint the source of my pain and gave me his recommendations. I highly recommend this clinic.
