5 /5 Sky Bling: This was the most incredible experience that we have had at Baylor Trophy Club with our surgery and post op care. The care and consideration were beyond our expectation and excelled at every level of support, encouragement, and applied healing arts. This has been for us the best medical care that we have experienced in the region. We would like to specifically thank Dr. Anil Kesani MD for his exemplary medical skills and his demonstrated humanity in his care and complete attention to our medical needs. He is an incredible human being. Overall, the staff at all levels of medical care have been so helpful and therapeutic without exception, the very best in hospital care. This has been a truly healing experience complete in all regards. Thank You Everyone.

4 /5 Dell Wollitz: Kudos to James who assisted me in escaping this place. You are a wonderful person. Brad from physical therapy, undoubtedly, one of the most professional, encouraging and delightful individual Ive ever met. Raquel and Rodney for their kindness and talks. Sharkie, for her conversation, but I have to say, might have postponed my check out. The tech who gave me my breathing treatment in my room was uncaring and did not once engage in conversation. Left me feeling uneasy for having to need the treatment. Horrible person. So unlike the other tech, who administered treatment prior to surgery. The nurse who processed my check out, added fuel to the fire. She received the wrath of me. Overall, once they shut your room door, they dont check in until you you need something. Pre-op techs and RNs were lovely. And of course, Dr. Kahn, great ortho surgeon.

1 /5 Luke Hines: DO NOT GO HERE, I came in Barely able to breathe or move. There was absolutely no one when I walked in. I was waiting for 20 minutes then decided my own life Is more important than that. We ended up going to complete care south lake right down the road and they were amazing.

5 /5 Rocky Ahmann: We came here for my wife’s disk replacement in her neck and it was an overnight stay. Staff was amazing. The cook lady was fantastic and I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. This hospital is partially owned by the doctors and there is a lot of pride among the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate us.

1 /5 Darren Thibodaux: Be warned if you come here for emergency room service it may cost 3-4 times higher than other places in the Dallas area. Came here for typical food poisoning symptoms and billed over 3x what the area average is for a ct scan. I understand for emergencies you sometimes can’t ask for upfront pricing, but just be aware the bill may be shockingly high. I spent over a month making calls to question the pricing, but never received a straight answer. Basically just pay or we’ll send to a collections agent. Typical overpriced medical charges and no explanation of why.
