4 /5 Christine Jones: Once I was in a ER room, not where vital signs are done, the RN, Dr., tech, rad techs were all very polite, helpful & caring. As I told the ER Dr, she made what was a pretty miserable experience for me as pleasant as it could be. Several yrs ago I had a horrible experience in this same ER, but different Dr. They were rude, didnt even act like they cared, made assumptions before ever laying eyes on me or reading any history except for what my primary complaint/reason for visit. Improvements are way noticeable. However the front checkin nurse leaves a lot to be desired. She was rude, disrespectful & didnt care that my chest thru to my back & to my left shoulder was hurting at an 8 of 10.

4 /5 Sue: The nurses were SUPER sweet but they couldnt hit a vein to save their souls! 5 sticks plus using the sono machine and Im sent to the OR and they cant put me to sleep. (I am a hard stick but) the anesthesiologist had to start a line to put me under. I was so bruised up! Not to count the pain. I have to go back in 3 months so in advance PLEASE have someone that can use the sono with experience . Thank you so much Sue

5 /5 H R: Baylor Scott hospital ER made me very comfortable and were quick to do my tests and provide test results calming my fears and anxiety related to my health. I am a tough patient for drawing of blood as Nurses are usually unable to find my veins good enough for tests but this hospital nurses were very skilled and prompt in their service. Dr. Azeez, ER doctor, was a true professional in checking my health. He is a good listener, conducted tests and prescribed me medicines that helped me feel better and answered all my questions /concerns in a very kind and caring way. Thank you Baylor hospital for providing excellent service and care!

5 /5 Brittany Beck: I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was seen; the staff was incredibly nice, which made a big difference in my experience. The doctor on staff took the time to explain everything in detail and was genuinely supportive throughout the process. Despite the circumstances, I felt well cared for, and the entire experience was very positive.
