5 /5 Megan: I had the most exceptional experience with Barsh Auto Group! From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, care, and efficiency. Before I even brought my vehicle in, I accidentally called their corporate office and had the pleasure of speaking with Paris. She was absolutely delightful — patient, kind, and genuinely eager to help me get everything sorted. Her support made the process so smooth and stress-free, and I cant thank her enough. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was impressed with how fast and knowledgeable the entire team was. I had a lot of work done on my car and was previously quoted nearly THREE TIMES the amount that Barsh Auto charged me. They are affordable and honest — two qualities that are so rare to find these days! To top it off, when I picked up my vehicle the very next day, the owner, Mr. Buster Barsh, was there personally greeting customers, checking in with everyone, and making sure all our needs were met. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in running a trustworthy business. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and want to extend a huge thank you to Paris, Mr. Barsh, and the entire Barsh Auto staff. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life!

5 /5 N V: I think these days online reviews have an impact, so Ill add our first experience with Barsch. Our truck went dead in a parking lot, middle of a hot afternoon. No way i could fix it there. Decided to try Barsch towing and repair shop. The driver showed up quickly and took the vehicle to the shop, with no drama, careful loading and unloading. The next morning I received the diag and estimate. I called to confirm info and accept - the work was done promptly and well. I do virtually all my own repairs so I was interested in their performance of the work. I check. I like that they use OEM for important parts vs the cheapest junk they can get. All clips and fasteners were re-installed and the new replacement part was easily visible. Nothing speaks to lazy, unprofessional techs like a partial reassembly, clips broken etc. I dont know how their costs compare around town, but Im equally interested in value and professional work. Im well satisfied with this facility and will be a return customer. I hope the owner will make their tech aware that his work was appreciated.

Shout out to the tow truck driver and the mechanic who helped us get our 93 suburban back on the road safely. Thank you! Hopefully Buster brings yall some mud bugs for lunch for a job well done!!!

1 /5 April & Crystal: Never again. I made an appointment for 10am drop off for what should have been a minor issue. I was going to stay and wait because I was told that It would be within 2 hours for a diagnosis. The man at the counter took my keys and said, "we will call you.". I then said again that I didnt mind waiting and he then repeated that ," we will call you". I took an Uber and went home. My car was at the shop all day. Never received a call about the status of my vehicle. I had to call them twice to find out what was taking so long with just a diagnosis just to be told at 3pm that they were just pulling my car in to the shop. Obviously my 10 am appointment meant nothing as well as the, " we will call you". I finally call before closing time to see if I am go to get my vehicle back and was told to come pick it up. Ok! Call another Uber. Funny how I never received a call about my vehicle until it was 1 minute past closing time to be asked if I was on my way. I showed up to an empty shop with one person at the coumter. He told me that they couldnt find the issue and my window was probably left open. I asked the man to come and look where the leak was coming from and he then says, "No, I dont need to go out and look at it." Thankfully I was not charged. I definitely felt that there was some sort of issue with me as a customer and they didnt want to serve me or take my money. I will continue to take my car to Ripleys like I have done all these years. I will never recommend or take my vehicle to Barsh again. I have to leave one star just to post this review otherwise I wouldnt have left any stars.

I asked for an average cost for towing service from A to B, she hit me with a quote I couldn’t refuse… Very professional, caring, and down right good people. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
