This is mostly directed at the receptionist/scheduler. The mechanics are great. Extremely fair prices.
I know yall are a new shop with pretty fair prices. That’s why we chose your business. However, you lost us as a customer with asking us if you could meet us at the shop later and later because you wanted to grab coffee and breakfast when we brought our sedan in. And then again, you lost us, when I requested a quote for work on an alignment, tire rotation, and a detailed inspection of my vehicle. I requested that quote and you stated you would send it via text. You never did. I then received a confirmation text late last night of my appointment, scheduled for today, with a time stamp of 11:57 PM. You gotta communicate better with your customers. Treat them better. I hope this helps.
