Concho County Hospital: Emergency Room - Eden Lauren Duggan: Great experience! Had to go to the ER at about 2am on a Sunday and received excellent attention and care! The staff was very kind and informative, and I was seen immediately and started getting taken care of quickly!
Shannon West Texas Memorial Hospital - San Angelo L Stuart: I’m pretty sure they botched my surgery. I still don’t know if I needed surgery in the first place. The surgery I had should have been routine. I had to go back in about 3 or 4 days later for an emergency surgery. One of the original surgeons never introduced himself to me and I was encouraged to not keep my follow up appointment with him since I was now under the care of the surgeon who fixed me. It’s been 2 years now and I still cant help but think I was lied to.
Concho Valley ER 24/7 Emergency Center - San Angelo M B: Very incompetent! Their only ECG machine wasnt working when I thought my husband was having a heart attack. And they gave my 15 mth old granddaughter a steroid shot for her flu symptoms! Shes very sick now!!
North Texas Medical Center - Gainesville Randy Crum: After going to one of the franchise physical therapy groups with little to no results, I had MUA surgery. Although the surgery wasnt at North Texas Medical Center I did choose their physical therapy department to rehab. The physical therapy department is one of the best I have ever seen. I have not finished my physical therapy yet, but there has been great improvements along the way. I give total credit to the professionalism and dedication to that PT staff.

North Texas Medical Center: Emergency Room - Gainesville Bobby B: I have been here 3 times. 2 times for my fiancé and 1 time for myself. Tonight was the first time for myself as I had severe swelling in my left leg. I’m only in my late 20s but have history of vein deficiency and other leg issues such as Mays-Turner Syndrome. Anyway, just went up here to get an ultrasound done and have been here for 3 hours and 50 mins and haven’t even seen the ultrasound person yet. I have been to ERs dozens of times for various reasons and have been to probably 10 different ones, depending on where an incident happened to a certain family member or friend, and this place is BY FAR THE SLOWEST MEDICAL FACILITY IN THE NORTHER HEMISPHERE. If you expect to be out of here within 2 hours, hahahahaha good luck. All 3 times (and all were minor things) we have never been here less than 3 and a half hours. The staff is nice, don’t get me wrong. They are friendly and courteous but something is wrong with the placement/structure/order/procedure of ordering tests and/or visiting with patients in rooms. Friendly staff which is good because at least you have hours to reflect on the good conversations you had with the medical workers who came to see you once every 2 hours lol.
