1 /5 dylan odlozelik: Took 2 1/2 months to get my truck back drive it around for less than a month and the emblem falls off none of the body lines match they painted over bug spots didn’t even sound the surface they were paid over $7000 and I am not very happy and happy with their work don’t use these people just because you’re in a hurry and you’re overbooked does not mean you do work like this

They were super quick and very affordable. Thank God the tire pressure sensor didnt break. That was the best $17.47 I have ever spent! I wish I could give them a 6th star.

The mechanics here are trustworthy and super reliable and go above and beyond with there services, I couldnt be happier. I brought my car here because it was making a loud cranking and popping noise in the front drivers side of the tire area when driving. J & C was able to get me in quickly and performed a diagnostic and found the issue right away. They were incredibly fair with their pricing and with informing me what it would take to get it fixed. They performed the work same day and I was able to pick up my car before they closed. This is the only auto repair shop that I will take my vehicle to. If you are looking for an auto repair shop that has reliable and trustworthy mechanics that wont try to upsell you on anything or rip you off but that are good people and care about helping you fix your situation, this is the place to go without question! John Vance: I like Alan as a person but I believe his business would benefit from training in dealing with people. He is easily flustered and prone to childish pouting. As is true with all mobile RV repair technicians he is very expensive. I prefer to pay by the job rather than by the hour that way there is no source of upset if you didn’t bring the right part or if you need to research how to do something on YouTube. All his work should be guaranteed but he can be hard to meet your schedule. A motherboard on my water heater was replaced by him but it stopped working again. His response to me was that he would get to it when he could without even a ballpark estimate of when that would be. He also stated that he would work on the problem only if it is the fault of the motherboard. How would I know? Several months have passed and I still don’t have my job completed. I contacted the manager of this RV park but she doesn’t want to get involved. Small claims court says they can’t force someone to complete a job even though. It’s already paid for. There are other more expert technicians out there who are more reliable and LESS EXPENSIVE. Ed

John Winterburn: I cant say enough about how pleased I am with the body work at Marks First, Mark, the owner, is great to deal with. Hes very personable, and a pleasure to talk to. Hes very clear in what needs to be done and how hell do it. There is no extra built into the estimate. Second, the work was done on time and within the estimate. He used the highest quality materials and it shows. Third, the work was outstanding. The paint all matched perfectly, on a 7 year old truck with 120,000 miles. The hood/fender Lines matched perfectly all the way front to back. You cant tell there was ever any damage. If you want the highest quality work at an affordable price, this is the place! This is business as it used to be, and still is, in a small town!

Their input is always based on the inspection report and not maintenance periodicities like a dealership would. Sometimes the work will take longer than expected because of waiting for a bay to pull your car but it’s not a big deal just take the shuttle and wait at home or work. As long as I’m in San Antonio I’ll always ask them to do the work for me.
