3 /5 John Vance: I like Alan as a person but I believe his business would benefit from training in dealing with people. He is easily flustered and prone to childish pouting. As is true with all mobile RV repair technicians he is very expensive. I prefer to pay by the job rather than by the hour that way there is no source of upset if you didn’t bring the right part or if you need to research how to do something on YouTube. All his work should be guaranteed but he can be hard to meet your schedule. A motherboard on my water heater was replaced by him but it stopped working again. His response to me was that he would get to it when he could without even a ballpark estimate of when that would be. He also stated that he would work on the problem only if it is the fault of the motherboard. How would I know? Several months have passed and I still don’t have my job completed. I contacted the manager of this RV park but she doesn’t want to get involved. Small claims court says they can’t force someone to complete a job even though. It’s already paid for. There are other more expert technicians out there who are more reliable and LESS EXPENSIVE. Ed

Allen is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, he is also HONEST. He will not recommend any service or unnecessary repairs just to make a buck. He is also extremely kind, generous and patient when dealing with customers (and their dogs). Especially when you’re trying to describe an issue but can’t seem to find the right words, he still manages to figure out what the problem is without frustration or rushing the customer. He always gives 100% of his time and focus while working on an issue, and is completely focused on the customer to make sure everything is resolved to my satisfaction before he leaves, and STILL finds time to follow up afterwards in case I have additional questions or concerns. I know I can call or text Allen ANYTIME and as soon as he is finished giving another customer the same level of time and high quality customer service that he gives me, he WILL return my call/text. Allen has been a Godsend several times for me and my 5th wheel, and will continue to be the ONLY person I trust to fix any and every thing that should ever go wrong with it!!! (Knocks on wood.) THANK YOU ALLEN for always being honest, professional, and dependable!!! You have a lifetime customer with me, GUARANTEED!!!!

As a mobile repair person, he is more efficient, reliable, affordable and experienced than the RV dealership service departments that I have dealt with in the last 18 years. He has gone the extra mile to become qualified to do warranty work. He is kind and considerate; honest, and explains things in a way that I can understand.

5 /5 Rush: Let me tell you, Alan is the nicest guy youll ever meet. Hes an excellent communicator, and extremely knowledgeable! Everything youd ever want in any service industry. In fact, if everyone was even a fraction the professional Alan is, this world would be a much better place! He had our presumed dead RV rooftop air conditioner up and running in no-time flat with no new parts required! Hes like MacGyver! Or a wizard! Very much appreciate him and will recommend A.M.
