1 /5 Jacqui Blackowiak: I called twice more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule and no one called me back. The next day I was told I had to pay for the full service. It’s unjust that they didn’t pick up their messages or bother to call me back. I know they have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy so I made sure to call both times before 24 hours and got their machine both times. I will never go back there. I NEVER rescheduled less than 24 hours ahead. NEVER. And if you were more affordable rather than gouging everybody’s eyes out maybe I wouldn’t have to. I don’t want to hear about you rescheduling and not charging me because your policy is 24 hours so you shouldn’t charge me anyway. I don’t believe your “sweet” response at all. You’re just in it for the money.
