4 /5 Jayson S: Good neighborhood park. The park is quiet and relatively clean. Great sunset sky. Adults walking around the loop, and with dogs, small kids playing. However, my fear is this could all change once the new housing development is completed just north of the park. It wont be another couple of years until then. This would likely change the current status

4 /5 S: My son enjoyed this aviator themed park. There are swings, basketball area and a splash pad. This is a neighborhood park and there is limited parking. There are no restrooms. Overall nice little park.

Chestnut Square Historic Village - McKinney

Chris Gunter: Review not necessary, because it looks like everyone feels the same way. We had a flawless Wedding and Reception at Chestnut. Our coordinator Kim did such a fantastic Job with the details and directed the event superbly. The atmosphere was so comfortable. The Reception outside and in gave the gathering something special. The lighting and grounds made everyone feel they were at a special place. The Chapel and Brides house amazing, and the Grooms had a hangout as well. If you are looking for a wedding venue or another occasion this is your place!

Dr. Glenn Mitchell Memorial Park - McKinney

Alyssa Dequeant: Beautiful little park near the historic McKinney Square. The city hosts events here throughout the year, including Dia de Los Muertos and Pride. The park has benches and a lovely little fountain. No bathrooms, though there are local businesses close by. Free street parking on the square. Nice place to sit in the shade and read a book.

The trails offer options for all, whether you prefer a smooth paved path or a dirt trail for a bit more adventure. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully cared for, making every visit a great experience. Just be prepared for your dog to give you the guilt trip of a lifetime every time you try to leave!

Ashley Haughton: This is a beautiful park! The grass is cut, the paths are clean, and there’s a pond you can walk around. The trails are a great length and very close to a neighborhood. My only complaint is the playground. It is so old and dirty that no one would let their kids play on it. They should replace the swings and playground but besides that is a very nice park! There’s a huge field as well since the park is very close to an elementary school.

Toby Arnett: Fun park to visit. The playscapes have shading on them so helps out a little on a hot day. It is a clean area and lots of room to play. The fields are great for soccer or other sport practices

NA: Wish they were blooming when we went. Small park but beautiful. Several places to sit. No bathrooms close.

Dr. Mack Hill Park - McKinney

Sendy Monarrez: Great park. It has separated playgrounds for toddlers and another one for bigger kids. The toddler playground is actually safe for my 2.8yo who is most of the times careful but she feels safe to play by herself here. Splash pad is great too. No restroom or changing area. But other than that, it’s great! It has shaded areas.

Helen Feistel: The small playground is definitely designed for older children, but of the 2 swings, 1 is an infant swing. The single swing seems a little out of place as the only thing available for young kids/toddlers
