1 /5 Crazzy6190 Crazzy: Absolutely terrible experience – completely unprofessional and dishonest. I went to Eric’s Car Care – Medical Center to get a pre-owned car inspected before finalizing my purchase. Initially, everything seemed fine – they gave me a time and price estimate, and I even called ahead before arriving to check on the status. Over the phone, they lied and told me the inspection was “almost done.” But when I arrived, I ended up waiting over 3 hours only to be told that nothing had been done. That’s already bad enough – but what followed was even worse. They had the audacity to lie to the seller of the car, telling him that I never paid, which is why they didn’t start the inspection. This is a complete fabrication. I specifically asked them when I arrived whether I should pay now or later – and they told me to pay later! Their behavior was not just unprofessional – it was deceptive and irresponsible. They messed up the entire deal and wasted my time, effort, and trust. This is not how you treat customers who come to you in good faith. If you value your time, money, and integrity, I’d strongly recommend staying away from this place. Eric’s Car Care failed on every level – from communication and service to honesty and customer respect.

I love seeing how well they interact with each other and the front desk staff—it really shows they work as a team. This was my second time bringing in my 2017 Ford Explorer, and they recently worked on the transmission. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and takes the time to listen without making you feel clueless. I truly appreciate how concerned they are about getting things right. This will definitely be my new spot for everything—oil changes, inspections, repairs—you name it. Highly recommended!

The turnaround time was incredibly quick, and they got my car back to me faster than I expected. The staff was highly professional and made the whole process seamless, even arranging Uber rides for me to and from the shop while I was at work. I especially want to mention Yolanda, who was incredibly professional and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made a big difference. I recently went to Eric Car Care as I was having problems with my ABS and Stillrank lights stayed on. I had already taken it to four different shops, no one could figure out what was causing the light to stay on. My daughter searched and called Eric Car Care, and he said to bring it in. Anthony and Pete call and told me step by step what needed to be done to get ABS light out. All of the team is very friendly and professional.
