There was one aid, that was wonderful with our aunt most of the time they just left her sitting in the bed, didn’t get her up to go to the bathroom, but one time she ended up with bed sores on her butt and her heels. The only time we got anything done is when we went and complained.
CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital - Beeville - Beeville Jennifer Adkins: i left today because you have one doctor who always accusing of doing drugs or drinking which i do neither. he is the worst i did walk out . but even after i walked after pulling my iv out . and getting test results this hospital still has yet to call me known that one of the results most likely shows im in lactic acidosis being its well over 6.0 ibalso work in a hospital and i would never jeopardize my own job of some drugs or drinking .
Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Belton - Belton Barking-In-the-Dark: It really depends on who you get at this clinic and I wish I could do a review for each of those encounters. Since I dont think I can, Im leaving 3 stars.
The receptionists are wonderful, nice, cheery and sometimes even joke with you. Ive had good nurses that take me to my room and are full of compassion.
But Ive also had some mixed experiences with health care providers.
Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Belton Lake Road - Belton Erica Caldwell: Arrived at the clinic at 10:40 for an 11:00am appointment for my son. Checked in and then sat in the lobby for an hour. When I asked why other people were being seen before, they informed me that she didnt check us in correctly and that the next available appointment would be at 2pm. I had no choice but to take it and wait. We drove 30 minutes to get here and did not have the time to go back home. We checked back in for the 2pm appointment at 12. 30. We continued to wait in an empty lobby until they called him back at 1:03pm. It is now 2:15pm and I am still sitting in an empty lobby waiting for him to be seen. Having been to the other clinics in the area, this one is substantially sub par in comparison to the customer service we recieved other places. I Understand mistakes happen however the front desk lady was rude and offered no apology , instead told us to go have lunch, while my son sat there with a fever. Not funny at all! If you have the choice do not choose this location. Very bad customer service!!
