5 /5 Lauren Place: From the time we stepped in the door, we felt so welcomed by everyone in the building. The front desk ladies were so sweet and helpful. The nurse that helped us and Dr. Janish were both exceptionally great.

1 /5 Brittney Harding: 10/10 I do not recommend Dr Coleman. Long story short after giving 8yr old otc meds for weeks to no avail we made our first and last appt with him. He called in a RX which was not on my insurance formulary. I called and requested a RX thats covered and was told to get something otc. Also, imo really dry personality to be seeing kids. On the plus side the front desk staff are very professional and helpful.

1 /5 Sarah G: I called today in attempt to make a sick patient appointment for my febrile and coughing 10 year old who currently doesnt have a PCP since we have moved from another city. I was not asked a single question about how my son was doing or what he was sick with, instead I was asked if I was already a patient, then I was told by their receptionist they only have one doctor accepting new patients and his next availability was the end of July... for a sick visit for my currently sick child. I would not personally recommend this clinic based off my single 2 minute phone call but maybe those who are already accepted as patients have much different experiences since thats all they seem to care about? New Residents- Good luck if your kid gets sick before the "2 months booked out" doctor can take a peek at em and welcome to Waco!
