5 /5 Stacie Keathley: My adult daughter with Down syndrome was recently in ICU for a month with pneumonia. Dr. Patillo was great! We followed up with Kim, the nurse practitioner, 2 days ago. She was extremely caring and thorough. Her nurse even brought my daughter orange juice and goldfish in the exam room because she was very anxious about the visit. I highly recommend Providence Lung. We saw several of their pulmonologist in ICU and they were all excellent!

5 /5 Judy Wilson: Always helpful once you ever get in. I have gone to Dr Patillo forever. He always has a smile and looks for out of the box solutions. The bad thing is getting in to see anyone-him, Pa, nurse tries but can’t do much but take a message. Ended up in ER last 2 times. Ridiculous!

The nurses are extremely polite and ask questions about your pain level and just overall how your doing. Checking in and checking out the front staff are polite and help with additional information and checking out, she is incredibly polite and gets you setup for the next visit. A not so stressful experience

Melodi Schnepp: I can not even give this man one star. However the ratings will not allow me to not give him a star so one star it is. I came in with my mother to establish care due to our PCP retiring. He was less then helpful and everything my PCP of 25 years was doing he refused to honor any of that care. she has several health conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, pituitary gland issues, depression, anxiety just to name a few. Due to these conditions she can not mentally or physically work over 12 hours a day and he said that none of those issues are a reason to not be able to work 12 hours as others do it all the time. Another issue I had was he would not due blood work before appointment which I do fasting bloodwork due to several medication I take and with my appointments being in the afternoon this was not something I could do. He also had no bedside manner. He did not listen or show any concern for anything I had to say. I DO NOT recommend.

These doctors specialize in geriatrics and know how to care for the elderly. My mother’s blood pressure is now under control, as well as, other health issues. I’m am very pleased and highly recommend!! The doctors are very friendly, patient, and take the time to care and explain matters to the patient. The front staff are very nice as well!
