    Amanda Feigin: I never write reviews but felt the need to for D&K. We were driving across country from California and the car (with 200,000+ miles) was having difficulty starting so we stopped by this shop. Everyone was friendly and they went out of the their way to prioritize our car so we could continue our drive and get back on the road ASAP. They quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem (needed a new starter motor) and were able to get the parts needed to fix the car within 2 hours. They also fixed my cruise control for free without me asking, which was so generous and incredible since it’s been broken for 10+ years and no mechanic has ever said or done anything to fix it. Overall, so convenient and very reasonably priced with clear communication and transparency. Thank you so much D&K - if I lived nearby this would be my go to mechanic!

    Kay King: Put new brakes and pads on in February. Went back in July. They said rotors and pads needed to be replaced they said defected then in September I was on vacation and I was having a very hard time to get it to stop. Took it to my dealership and they said the brakes were put on incorrectly and we were very lucky we were not in an accident! Called Blaze they said they would not give me a partial refund. He said I should have brought it back to them there was a warranty???? Why the heck would I trust them when they already had two chances to make it right!!!! Shame on YOU.l I absolutely Do NOT recommend this company!

    Megan Brown: If I could give zero stars, I would. For 5 months I have been taking my car to them. I have had the car at or in the shop 6 times now. The mechanics are VERY kind and willing to communicate. However, my experience leads me to believe that they lack in diagnostics. They definitely lack the ability to even agree amongst themselves what the problem is. I was given multiple possibilities for what was wrong with the car. One mechanic would say the pump was leaking, another would tell me it wasnt. Ultimately had the pump replaced. Paid 116% markup on a refurbished part, which immediately failed. I was able to see fluid overflowing from the reservoir. The mechanic said he didnt observe that. I was also informed that the problem could possibly lie in the A/C exchange. They offered to replace the pump again for free, but told me they saw no indication of failure in the pump. I asked if the car could catastrophically fail as a result of what was happening that they were unable to pinpoint. I was told that it wasnt likely, but it was always a possibility, considering that the car wasnt being made available to him to look over thoroughly again. But at that point, I no longer felt that they were working in my best interests, I did not trust their diagnostics or their repair work. The next day, the dash lights up like a Christmas tree. Electrical failure, and I am literally locked inside the car. Took it somewhere else and was told that the new, faulty pump had leaked on the alternator and now the alternator needs replacing as well. Never at any point was the alternator mentioned by The Pit Stop. I do not recommend going to this shop for any type of service at all. They did agree to send a new pump to my new mechanic, which was a polite and responsible action. However, now I have to replace my alternator. The Pit Stop offered to do the work on the alternator as well, but I have lost all trust for the work they do there. I cannot afford a 116% markup, (set by the owner, not the mechanics) of a new alternator. And I certainly dont want to give them anymore of the very tight income I have. I especially would not recommend that any female without substantial knowledge of auto repair go to this shop, or anyone without much knowledge of cars. They saw me coming, and took advantage of me 100%. There are so many more details than this, its intimidating. This is just an overview of the highlights of the last five months.

They repaired everything I wanted, plus were very Professional, calling and giving me a price before doing the work, no surprise charges. Tires, Oil Change, Wheel hubs and Alignment. They are my new Chevy Truck Mechanic. I will definitely return. This Commercial Truck Driver feels good about them taking care of my Chevy Truck ❤️

    Bryant Jones: These people kept my car for 2 months cause it just wouldnt start with no updates until I called them for some kind of info they said it wasnt ready. Then they called back the next day saying it was ready but it now has more damage then when we sent it so I paid 1,500 to get it going. Now all of a sudden I have a hole in my power steering somewhere so now I have no power steering to get around and they wanted another $1,000 for that. God dont like evil people

    Linda Corine Graves: Bought a truck from a dealership timing chain went and because I hadn’t driving it hardly any he had me take it to Pacos. They tried to do a tuneup on the missing it was doing. Didn’t work so they did the timing chain. That didn’t solve the problem so they said the timing chain was faulty. They then proceeded to put new one n well they didn’t put all the oil in it started sounding like a diesel. I checked the oil and there was no oil in it. I had to stop and put 6 cans of oil in. Then of course it was making the noise again because they left oil out so now the heads and pistons were no good so I had to take it back. They have had it for 3 weeks now. Would not recommend this place to anyone. My son wants to give them the benefit. But I don’t have a car for myself because my son has to work. Any suggestions

    Jay: Shane truly went above and beyond in his work on my car. Not only did he finish sooner than expected, but when I picked up the car he actually showed me the part itself that he replaced and walked me through exactly why it was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. This was a first for me. Shanes also just a super good guy, really nice, professional, and a good communicator. My cars never been running better and Im super happy with his work.
