1 /5 Bryant Jones: These people kept my car for 2 months cause it just wouldnt start with no updates until I called them for some kind of info they said it wasnt ready. Then they called back the next day saying it was ready but it now has more damage then when we sent it so I paid 1,500 to get it going. Now all of a sudden I have a hole in my power steering somewhere so now I have no power steering to get around and they wanted another $1,000 for that. God dont like evil people

5 /5 Monique LeHouillier: Moving across country my car stopped working just outside of Amarillo. They move everything around to expedite us. Didnt overcharge us. The care was exceptional and this is a trust worthy place.

5 /5 Julie McGee: The folks at Chauncy’s are friendly,responsive and professional. They were able to get the locked lug nuts off of my Mercedes in quick fashion. They also were quick to get our 2003 Hummer completely flushed out and all the fluids changed.

5 /5 Anne Farwell: Our summer road trip was interrupted with a broken air conditioner. The staff made time for us on a Friday and got us back on the road quickly. Everyone was very friendly and what could have been a horrible time for us was quickly and affordably taken care of. Thank you!

1 /5 Matthew Payne: I did not agree with my estimate and wanted to take my car to a second location for a second opinion and I was told over the phone that I would have to pay an exit fee of $130 and that is not going to happen. I will be collecting my car tomorrow. *Update: The guys at The Pit Stop (just to minutes down the road from Chauncey’s) fixed my car for free. Because Chauncey’s lied and wanted $1700. They also moved my car off their property before I came and got it. Do NOT do business with these liars. The owner saw this message and instead of replying, put the praying hands emoji. He left my car in a church parking lot without my permission, so he better save his prayers for himself. God sees your dishonesty.
