Other than that the office staff and communication are terrible like not telling us when we over paid until they ask for more money for the next service.
The reason we will never go back there: my daughter needed her teeth pulled. I set up the appointment and on the day of they called me and said they didnt get the oxygen needed for the nitrous and needed to reschedule. Ok fine. I rescheduled it for just a few days later.
The day of the appointment I pick her up from school and i am on the way and they call me (40 minutes before the appointment time) telling me the appointment is being canceled because I never confirmed the appointment. I told them I never received anything to confirm it, just a text stating when the appointment was, but never asked for confirmation. The lady on the phone said that she will correct that in the future but i still should have responded with confirmation. How am i expected to confirm something they havent asked me to confirm? I told her its not ok to reschedule us twice for something thats not my fault and we need our appointment back. They said they already gave away the appointment time and offered me another one, but at that point I was done. I will NEVER go back here
Healthy Smiles Dentistry Georgetown - Georgetown Des H: I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Mathias!! She brings a very calming presents, is extremely efficient and patient. I originally came in to have a couple of my teeth filled as they were chipped, she recommended I get a mouthguard to avoid further damage. Unfortunately, I could not financially afford to move forward with that at the time. So, I went home that night & went on with my regular evening then woke up the next day with one of my teeth she had just filled chipped!! I immediately went into panic mode and allowed my emotions to get the best of me as I knew better and should have taken her advice in getting the mouthguard in the first place. I am very appreciative her, and her staff I called the next afternoon asking if they were willing to allow me to come in and check it out to see if they were able to refill it. The woman that works at front desk (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) She was so professional and kind, she reassured me that Dr. Mathias was more than happy to take a look and help me out. Exactly one week later, they were able to get me in, she filled the tooth in less 30 minutes. I am extremely thankful for Dr. Mathias as she was also willing to allow me to set up a payment plan to order the mouth guard today. You could really tell how genuine her and her staff are, they were not concerned with getting the full payment. They were more concerned with the fact that I had chipped my tooth within hours of them filling it, because I have a really big problem with grinding my teeth in my sleep. All in all, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. 10/10 will be recommending Dr. Mathias & Healthy Smiles Dentistry to all my friends & family.
Georgetown Elite Dental & Implant Center - Georgetown LaShay McNulty: Let me start by saying I, like many others, do NOT enjoy going to the dentist. With this in mind, I was very pleased with my recent experience at Georgetown Elite Dental and Implant Center. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were attentive and helpful. I made an emergency appointment due to having pain and needing MAJOR work done that I was unable to get prior, due to pregnancy. I had x rays done and photos taken to help visualize what was needed. Dr. A went over the photos and x rays in depth and explained what areas needed work and what the high priority was. After looking at photos and discussing what needs to happen, I was immediately given a treatment plan from a front desk staff with another visual on what needed to be done with priority next to each. I was able to schedule some major dental work 5 days later.
I got the majority of the work done yesterday. I had 2 root canals and several fillings (yikes lol). It took roughly 3 hours and Dr. A made me feel as comfortable as possible the entire time. He was efficient and caring, as he tried to complete the work in a timely manner while also checking in on me and asking how I’m doing and feeling. He explained what he was doing and helped me focus on other things while I was getting numbed (ouch!).
Overall, I had a great experience (as great as you can at a dentist appointment lol) and I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Georgetown 3D Dental - Georgetown Virginia Cordova: April at the front desk is amazing! She’s super friendly, helpful, and made checking in and handling insurance a breeze. The whole office runs smoothly, and April really sets the tone with her warm, professional attitude. Highly recommend this place!
Georgetown Dental Spa - Georgetown roger Jimenez: This was my first time coming to this dental office. The front desk was so nice to make sure Im comfortable. The dental assistant was very kind and very professional and worked with the dentist so well. The Dr.was very thorough and made sure to explain with dental props about my teeth. The assistant gave her input to the Dr.on my situation and they both came up with a precautionary plan to care for my teeth. I would recommend this practice to family and friends. 4405 Dental Studio - Georgetown Liezl Cordero: Very welcoming atmosphere , as well as professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Dr. Andrew Edmond is such an amazing Dentist, he works miracle to keep your smile beautiful. Tiffany also is an amazing hygienist, when she cleaned my teeth she was graceful and I did not feel any pain. Dental Studio makes you feel special by putting your name on the TV screen “ Welcome, your name, to your personal suite”, now that’s what I call special treatment. Thank you “Dental Studio” for bringing my smile back again.

Ideal Dental Georgetown - Georgetown Robert Mack: $1000 for an extraction with insurance is robbery! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. Taking advantage of people’s pain is immoral.
