DS Dr. Gonzalez and all of his staff were wonderful. Danielle, who did my cleaning was exceptionally good at her job. She was very gentle and did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough documenting all of my issues as a first time patient. I could not be happier with the service And attitude of everyone at the practice.

Lizzie Cox My visit as a new patient was amazing! All paperwork was taken care of digitally before my visit. When I arrived, the wait was less than 10 mins before they called me in to begin the process of taking X-rays. The entire staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to visit with Dr. Heather and Danielle who were both patient, kind, and very educational, explaining every step of the way. At the end of my cleaning I was given a warm eucalyptus facial towelette, so thoughtful and unexpected. I truly enjoyed my experience.

Lacy Westbrook My daughter has jaw sensitivities dealing with TMJ. We been looking for a place that could be a bit more gentle with her. My daughter saw them for the first time yesterday and she was amazed at how painless the experience was. They will be doing a filling for her in a couple of weeks and after her experience yesterday she doesn’t seem worried about it. This says a lot about how gentle they are. Got us in as soon as we walked in. Very professional and caring staff!

I was stressed trying to keep up with my littles and Alexis and Brittney were there to help calm the storm by going above and beyond. Everyone at this office is fabulous but these two stood out during this visit. We love our Gentle Dental Spa!

Valerie Escobedo The experience wasnt great. It seemed like noone knew what they were doing. They had to retake so many xrays. On top of the dentist talking down at his assistant in front of me. Making it awkward and uncomfortable. I left their office hurting more than when I went in.

Storm Jorgenson Called to get prices and answers to a few questions. The lady that answered wouldnt even let me finish a sentence before interrupting asking for my DOB. I stated that I needed some info before I want to schedule anything, but again before I could finish saying that she interrupted me again. No respect for customers. Interrupted continously as though I was talking to a recording. Im a potential customer, and I have questions. If you cant show some respect and listen then I have no desire to be one of your patients. Would give a big fat 0 if I could!

rachel wilken I have been going to Apple Dental Center for many years. They are highly- professional ,kind, and very friendly. I was blessed to learn that I have just one small cavity that will be taken care of next Thursday. Also, I dont have dental insurance and they arent expensive. I highly recommend them.

Cindy Bee Walked into such a soothing atmosphere. Was meet by several lovely ladies who immediately took care of me. They offered me cool drinks while I filled out my information. After xrays was taken to another soothing room with massaging chair and a tv on ceiling with a cool nature show. My hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and Dr Rabata was just as thorough. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed.

Marco rangel The staff was very polite, welcoming and extremely professional. I requested an extraction which in my opinion the Dr was amazing. Pain was minimal and was right back to work the next day. Im extremely happy with their services and absolutely recommend them 100%.

Rachel Goff Went for a routine cleaning and x-ray today. This was my first time at this office and it was a very pleasant experience. The office is very nice, clean, and smells amazing. The girls at the front desk were super nice and helpful, and they offered me a beverage. Then I went back for my cleaning, and the chair was heated and had a massage feature. I was also offered a blanket and they had a TV on the ceiling so you could watch while getting your teeth cleaned. Dr. Rabata was very nice and explained everything. The hygienist was very thorough and explained what she was doing and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Im very satisfied with my service and definitely found my new dental office.

Sarina Moreno I was an ortho patient for 3 years with this place and my doctor changed 2-3 times throughout the process. The last doctor was very rude and lacks professionalism and people skills. I explained to him I still felt a gap near tooth #4 and he kept insisting there wasn’t a gap and for me to remove the braces. Unfortunately my regular dentist stated there is a gap near tooth #4. I am left disappointed with my results after spending a pretty penny. The dental assistants were always nice and remained professional but the doctors fell short. I do not recommend this place for dental care or orthodontics.

Sus Majo I was highly disappointed with the service staff members from Access Dental & Orthodontics provided. My senior father needed a partial denture. At the third appointment, we were informed that the doctor would no longer treat my father and that the doctor was referring my father’s case elsewhere. The procedure we agreed upon stopped, and it was up to the patient to find a new dentist and office to continue the process of obtaining dentures for my senior father. When I asked the receptionist for the dentists name, she gave me the doctors last name—I asked for the dentists full name. She advised she did not know her supervisors name. I informed her I did not understand how she could not know her supervisors full name. The young receptionist began raising her voice, stating I was rude, and began to yell at me. I am a professional, so I kept calm and advised that asking for a dentists full name should not be interpreted as rude behavior. She continued yelling I was being rude. As stated, I am highly disappointed with the dental service and disapprove of the receptionists disrespectful behavior.

What has impressed me most is that when I needed to find a dentist for my mom with dementia, they made that happen and are currently working on a plan to try and help her. We moved here in July and I was nervous about needing root canals due to a prior dentist and he was able to just do fillings. The office staff is great, always calling to see if they can get me in sooner. I had to last minute cancel an appointment due to a loss and they sent me a sympathy card and I will never forget that. I’ve told everyone I know to switch to this office! 10/10!

Catalina Recio Disappointed in the overall experience with this practice. When my daughter first became a patient she was excited and the staff was friendly and service was great. Not too long after we found out that the orthodontist would only have select days for appointments. Even so we were willing to continue treatment. Then again we were told that the orthodontist would only be in clinic once a month at the Kostoryz location Saturday only & the Ayers location a Friday only. How can you see all the patients in one day a month. Now that was complete insanity. I had my daughter switch to the Ayers location, which they game me a complete hassle. I requested to have her moved to another orthodontist and then bc they don’t have the promised providers that they initially promised when the treatment started. I was told that even though it is the facilities fault for this and not outsourcing for additional assistance they want to charge $500 to collect my daughters treatment records to find a better staffed orthodontist office. Would not recommend bringing your child to this practice.

Adrian Porras Always something , everytime I go here. Have had to switch dentist like 3x because they never keep a consistent dentist. Everyone at front dest always seems annoyed . I understand , but be professional . Waited like an hour because I absolutely had to call my provider to switch to the new dentist. Which I dont understand because why call me to confirm my appointment at the location knowing Its not right with the insurance. And I had just went a few months prior . Was honestly in a really bad mood from the beginning. But when we got to the back Dr. Ahmad and his assistant was actually really sweet. Honestly just wish it was more organized, consistent, and professional . Theres no reason a dentist visit should be so stressful.

Juventino Warning: beware of Access Dental & Orthopedics on Ayers. The nurses demonstrated kindness and genuine care for their patients, including myself. However, I found the dentists approach to be focused on maximizing insurance benefits, recommending unnecessary procedures. I requested a simple solution, but was declined and told that extensive work was required first. In my opinion, the recommended treatments were not necessary.

Chase Hagedorn BEST dentist Ive ever been to. I was recommended here by my brother as hes been coming to this place for 10 years. After going to another dentist, where I was quoted for $2k worth of work done, I was scared to come in here. They were very quick to get to me and answered any questions and explained everything to me instead of throwing big medical terms at me and expecting me to understand. Miss Angela was so kind to me about booking my appoinments, and Ariana was my tech I had to do my cleaning. She was very nice and respectful, always checking on me to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. Dr. Clay was very attentive and ran me through the steps I needed to do in order to better my dental health, and explained everything to me thoroughly. There arent enough words in the dictionary to describe how thankful I am for this dentist office, and how amazing they were to me as a first time client. The dentist is scary, it always has been always will be. But Dr. Clay and all of his employees were so amazing and made me feel right at home. I couldnt recommend this place enough!!

Sthep Herrera I made an appointment for gum removal and when I say I had the best experience I did the front desk lady was so friendly and caring! Than Rachel she’s just amazing she has such a great personality she made me feel less nervous she made everything happen for me can’t thank her enough!! Then my laser removal went by so quick and fast and the heeling process was so quick they were fully healed by the 3rd day it was painless so I 100% recommend going here I finally found my Dentist clinic and they have my full trust there amazing.

chelsea deleon She messed up my teeth so bad I have a fake tooth she put in and it’s black when she put it in it looked a grey and she knew she screwed my aunt for a lot of money also she did a root canal and messed that up too she didn’t do it right at all!! I’m am very upset about this my aunt spent thousands of dollars my friend had warned me about this place I should have listened we because this place is trash! SERIOUSLY! Angelica V Stopped here for my children’s teeth cleaning and mine since I hadn’t been seen in a while. The staff was sooo very kind and sweet. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in the office were welcoming and easy to talk to. Doctor Esparza took time in explaining what my son’s next steps would be and why he needed to have a certain procedure. I really appreciated her explanation as a previous doctor had not been so kind. The previous Dr. basically told me that he needs this procedure and this is how much it’ll cost. I highly recommend this office to anyone with children or themselves.

Helena Schneider This actually her husband Bob. Everything was first rate. Dr. Allen was very personable and positive. His assistant Cheyenne did a great job on my cleaning and taking a bunch of X-Rays. I’m not sure I ever had my teeth cleaned with as little discomfort as she was able to do it with, very smooth. The lady at the front was very pleasant and has always been upbeat in any calls I have made. Finally, Karina who handles insurance and payment plans seems very nice. A very professional and pleasant operation

Ali Sanchez I wish I could give more than 5 start honestly. Not only did they fit me in IMMEDIATELY for a dental emergency, their staff was so warm, welcoming, and FAST to get me taken care of right then and there. The communication via phone to in office was supurb. My dental assistant was so lovely talking to me while the medicine kicked in and making sure I was cozy from start to finish. DR. Allen came in with big happy energy that really took the stress off of the emergency I was experiencing. His bubbly personality and amazing skills as a doctor had me in and out in less than two hours. If you need a dentist PLEASE choose this office. Like I said I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Truly an amazing experience.

SUSAN CORTEZ I’ve been a patient of Dr. Charles Allen for over 15 years! Both Dr. Charles Allen and Dr. Chad Allen are experts in their field! I highly recommend the Allen team~~their professional and kind office staff and knowledgeable dental hygienists have always made me feel less nervous about my appointments! Plus, Dr. Charles Allen has jokes! Top notch Corpus Christi dentists!

Carolinaa Cruz id advise all parents to stay with their child in the back of the office . my daughter had an appointment at 10:30 and we were not seen till an hour and a half later ... at that the medicine she was given to make her loopy only lasted so long im pretty sure it wore off by the time she was seen. my daughter was fully aware of everything going on they told me to leave her in the back while they started the work on her teeth after a while i was called that they were not able to do any work and the dental assistant seemed annoyed and mad. after my daughters appointment she was telling me they were being rude to her and yelling at her when i was told to leave the back. i know for a fact my daughter does not lie about things but pls if you arent patient or qualified to work with kids why work in this medical setting ?? wish i can do more or report these people but i have little to no evidence and i truly hope they dont treat other peoples kids badly. parents pls be aware of this place
