5 /5 Ferris Romero: This was only my second time going to a dentist ever in my life and I went in to have an evaluation for a broken tooth (#5) and everybody I met is awesome! The dental assistants and Dr. Bai are kind, knowledgable, and overall an amazing team! I have appointments to do further work on the tooth, but Im hoping for the best.

5 /5 Ivan Maldonado: Courteous and professional treatment as soon as you walk in the door. I’ve always felt comfortable at this dental office. Everything from cleanings to fixing a root canal that was done elsewhere, many years ago. Dr. Bai fixed it with almost no pain. I bring my kids and wife here. Great work always. I had to edit because I did not mention how nice the entire staff is and what a great job is done by the dental hygienist. Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable.

5 /5 Yulissa Jaquez: I recently went to AA Relax Dental for the first time to get a basic cleaning and the staff there was very nice and friendly. I was taken care of right away and was out in about an hour. I highly recommend going there and I will continue to go back for my next cleaning!

1 /5 Wyndolyn Givens: Because of the work I had done at Relax Dental several years ago, I have had to get several root canals and crowns. When performing several fillings (which I don’t believe I needed all of them) the Dr. ended up sloppily filling the gaps in between my teeth which prevented me from flossing and allowed food to get stuck in between my teeth and cause cavities in the future. I have 2 other dentists tell me that the damage I have to my teeth were caused by the fillings Relax Dental gave me. My experience there was terrible but the consequences have been long lasting. It’s been awhile so I can’t remember how the staff was but I do remember having pieces of plastic stuck in my gums for days because the Dr. had forgotten to pull them out after the procedures. Attached a picture of the last set of fillings that need to be redone. It honestly looks like a toddler did this. And to the STAFF reading this, I do NOT give you permission to disclose my personal health information in your response. I can see you’ve done that in your past responses, which I’m sure is less than legal…

5 /5 Montez 010: Today marked my very first visit to AA Relax Dental Care here on the west side of El Paso, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service from the moment I stepped inside. "Janet" Check-in receptionist- welcomed me with politeness offered helpful information, and efficiently answered all my questions about the forms and my insurance, ensuring me everything was set in their system. "Teresa"- Dental Assistant- with her friendly gesture, guided me to the dental cleaning area. Having not been in a dental chair for three years, I was quite nervous, though i try to hide it. Teresa, however, made me feel at ease, as if we were old friends catching up. Soon after, "Reyna" Dental Hygienist Assistant- joined us with a genuinely pleasant demeanor, confirming my choice in AA Relax Dental Care was spot on. Despite my fear of dental cleaning tools, Reynas gentle and caring approach made me relax for the first time ever during a cleaning. Then, "Dr. Bais" presence, exuding a caring and attentive spirit, reassured me further; his commitment to not rushing work but rather taking the time to provide the best care was evident. Finally, "Yailinne" Dr. Bais Assistant- who conducted the exams for Dr. Bai, was absolutely phenomenal. Once more she took the time to fact-check and confirm my understanding of everything that happened today, and she inquired if I and any questions about my follow-up appointment, initially scheduled for early March. Imagine my surprise when, after a brief wait of no more that 5 minutes in the front lobby, I was informed my follow-up would actually be the very next day! Given the challenging week Ive had, this news was a delightful boost to my spirits for the day and the week ahead. As I was leaving, all the staff members bid me farewell, eagerly anticipating my visit tomorrow. This staff and establishment are truly exceptional! Whether youre missing a tooth, in need of dental work, or just a routine cleaning, the journey, wait, and experience are completely worthwhile. :-) Kind regards, L.M.R
