Margo Lowder Dr Mitchell is ABSOLUTELY the best dentist in town. I had a wonderful dentist who retired and I thought he was the best, until I went to Dr Mitchells office. Today was my second visit and I just can’t say enough about the great experience at this dental office. From the moment you are greeted to the moment you say good-bye, no pain in services received and they thoroughly review what is going to be done and what is needed in the future. Dr Mitchell’s staff is the greatest and what an absolute great team he has assembled! If there were 10 stars, I’d give them eleven. Not to mention that I took my 91 yr old mother there and she loves Dr Mitchell and his staff.

Lloyd Ramos I want to get my teeth cleaned today and the place was very nice and I sat down maybe 5 minutes and then they called me my turn. That was pretty good. Facility Nice and clean. I do recommend them. I got my rite side cleaned and in to weeks will be my left side with the Anastasia wearing off I am starting to feel it a little bit.

The care they provided from the front office, assistants, to the doctor was outstanding. Will definitely be recommending my family and friends to this dental office. Tanya Morales Dr. Flores is the real deal! I came from silver shitty that they don’t do anything right. From silver to las cruces, where they wanted to charge me 4000 dollars cash. After my insurance covered the 80%. I went to dr. Flores. And she charged me $128.00. How does this make sense? Because she tells the truth!!! and appreciates your business. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You are amazing and your team is #1. I will never go anywhere else. It’s worth the drive . YOU are worth the drive.

Alejandra Macias I came to get my wisdom teeth out. They took me in the same day. It was the worst experience. It took about 4hrs for the procedure. The doctor that preformed it didn’t numb me properly with local anesthesia and I could feel everything. He would keep injecting local anesthesia without waiting for it to work and would go right in to pulling again. I was literally shaking and crying on the table. Worst experience of my life. I don’t recommend at all I never leave reviews but the service here is terrible. It’s about to be a year since I got them out and I have nerve sensitivity/ pain from the procedure still. They also messed up some fillings and chipped on of my tooth’s. They agreed to refund me the procedure but never heard from them again. I kept calling for months to follow up on the refund and it never happened. The receptionist would just take notes and said they would call back but never did. But they for sure had the audacity to call and try to schedule a cleaning appointment with me. I would bring up the past issue and if there was an update and they literally had no idea what I was talking about considering they “took notes” and would talk to the manager about it. I ended up having to directly call Sunbit to ask if they had heard anything from them and they said no. I then had to show up in person to make sure they got it done. I ended up moving out of state so I had to keep calling from June 2024- January 2025 for them to do something. Don’t waste your time coming here. Bad service over-all.

From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted warmly by Gaby who made me feel at ease. Danielle, the hygienist who attended to me demonstrated a high level of expertise and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr. Rabe was not only knowledgeable and skilled in addressing my dental concerns but also took the time to explain the treatment plan in a clear and concise manner. I will not hesitate to recommend your office to family and friends in the future. The level of professionalism and care demonstrated by the entire team truly exceeded my expectations.

Usman Dar I recently visited this clinic and I couldn’t have been happier with the care I received (usually I hate going to the dentist). I was treated by Dr. Khan for a cavity filling, who was very considerate of my concerns. She took the time to walk me through my treatment plan step by step, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. She also made sure to answer all my questions regarding post-procedure care, which really put me at ease. I really appreciated her talking through the individual steps of the procedure so that I was mentally prepared for them. Her team was very thorough and made sure that I had proper impressions taken for my crown. I could not have had a better experience with her. The hygienist, Norma, was just as wonderful! She was gentle, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable during my cleaning. I could tell Dr. Khan and her team truly cared about making the experience as pleasant as possible. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’ll feel valued and listened to, I highly recommend this place.

Nicole Fuentes Absolutely horrible experience here. I had my appointment in March and while there, the dentist stated that I needed two root canals and two crowns which with insurance, was thousands of dollars. I told them that I could probably pay for one and they quickly offered me the option of financing it with Sunbit (DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM) and I agreed. I scheduled my next appointment for two days later and that night I changed my mind so in the morning I canceled. Well they ended up hitting me with a 15% cancellation fee which is $350 because they had to “order supplies”. This of course didn’t make sense to me because nothing was personalized and Gaby told me that they would use those supplies on the next patient. It took the full day for them to “confirm” that they had submitted cancellation paperwork to sunbit. So I thought, FINALLY I can stop panicking about all that money being wasted but today I got charged by sunbit and emailed stating I still owe $2082.27. So this leads me to believe that they did not submit that paperwork. I want true confirmation that this loan was canceled on your end- not just you saying you canceled it. I want an email and the confirmation number for the cancellation with SunBit. Even if that is sent, reading some of these reviews worries me that you still won’t do it. This place is definitely a money grab. *****edit***** I called sunbit and they stated that they have not received any cancellation paperwork from this dentist office. It’s been a month. How hard can it be to cancel?

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Ivan Maldonado Courteous and professional treatment as soon as you walk in the door. I’ve always felt comfortable at this dental office. Everything from cleanings to fixing a root canal that was done elsewhere, many years ago. Dr. Bai fixed it with almost no pain. I bring my kids and wife here. Great work always. I had to edit because I did not mention how nice the entire staff is and what a great job is done by the dental hygienist. Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable.

Yulissa Jaquez I recently went to AA Relax Dental for the first time to get a basic cleaning and the staff there was very nice and friendly. I was taken care of right away and was out in about an hour. I highly recommend going there and I will continue to go back for my next cleaning!

Wai Mei L I visited Smile, El Paso a few weeks ago as a new patient and honestly I was impressed. The office was clean which is very important to me. The office is also modern, with 3D technology. Dr. Wongs team presented me with what I needed to get done and patiently explained all of my options and answered my questions. Most importantly, Id like to note that Dr. Wongs treatment didnt hurt at all!! Going to the dentist always makes me nervous but I felt very comfortable here. Im recommending this office to all of my friends and family.

Julie Excellent care and great front office. When we moved to EP there wasn’t a single other dentist that would put my kids on a waitlist for appointments together before school started. Their front offices were all too busy to care. This office not only put us on the waitlist, but got my kids & myself in without an issue. We’ve been patients for 2 years now and never had an issue. They even keep all the area school schedules on hand to help with scheduling and are super accommodating. They run on time, an oddity for EP. I’ve never had any billing issues - my kids have lost a few of those painted on cavity covers and each time they’ve checked their records to make sure re-application would be covered. I’ve recommended Dr Olson to numerous friends and all have been satisfied. Dr Olson is honest with regards to what needs to be fixed vs monitored. I’ve experienced bad dentists, the ones that want to max your cap with fake cavities and crowns. I’ve done state level complaints about those offices. This is NOT one of those, Dr Olson is great - highly recommend her!

Laura Hammond Dr Olson and her staff are amazing! When we started with Dr Olson we had just moved to El Paso and both of my teens were in braces. The hygienists were wonderful in teaching the kids to brush and floss properly. The also gave them a package of floss picks that are specifically designed to use with braces. That made the flossing process so much easier! My teens are out of braces now and have a permanent lower retainer. Once again the hygienists have taken time to ensure that proper flossing techniques are used. A bonus, when the braces came off there were no spots on the teeth from the bracket removal. I appreciate all the education that they have done with my teens. We have returned every 6 months for our routine cleanings. They have recently changed to a new fluoride application and I like it so much better. I have had some gum sensitivity and irritation. My hygienist took time to explain the best brushing method to allow my gums to heal and to prevent irritation. I appreciate all the extras the staff does to make our visits effective and enjoyable. We will surely miss Dr Olson and her team!
