5 /5 LeeAna Gomez: After not having been to a dentist for years I decided to give them a try and they were able to see me the same day that I called which was awesome! The care they provided from the front office, assistants, to the doctor was outstanding. Will definitely be recommending my family and friends to this dental office. They have amazing prices and very helpful payment plans and tons of options to best meet your needs. 10/10 !!! I also want to give a big thanks to Jolene the hygienist, Betel , and Dr Flores they are AMAZING!!!

5 /5 Tanya Morales: Dr. Flores is the real deal! I came from silver shitty that they don’t do anything right. From silver to las cruces, where they wanted to charge me 4000 dollars cash. After my insurance covered the 80%. I went to dr. Flores. And she charged me $128.00. How does this make sense? Because she tells the truth!!! and appreciates your business. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You are amazing and your team is #1. I will never go anywhere else. It’s worth the drive . YOU are worth the drive.

1 /5 Alejandra Macias: I came to get my wisdom teeth out. They took me in the same day. It was the worst experience. It took about 4hrs for the procedure. The doctor that preformed it didn’t numb me properly with local anesthesia and I could feel everything. He would keep injecting local anesthesia without waiting for it to work and would go right in to pulling again. I was literally shaking and crying on the table. Worst experience of my life. I don’t recommend at all I never leave reviews but the service here is terrible. It’s about to be a year since I got them out and I have nerve sensitivity/ pain from the procedure still. They also messed up some fillings and chipped on of my tooth’s. They agreed to refund me the procedure but never heard from them again. I kept calling for months to follow up on the refund and it never happened. The receptionist would just take notes and said they would call back but never did. But they for sure had the audacity to call and try to schedule a cleaning appointment with me. I would bring up the past issue and if there was an update and they literally had no idea what I was talking about considering they “took notes” and would talk to the manager about it. I ended up having to directly call Sunbit to ask if they had heard anything from them and they said no. I then had to show up in person to make sure they got it done. I ended up moving out of state so I had to keep calling from June 2024- January 2025 for them to do something. Don’t waste your time coming here. Bad service over-all.

5 /5 Slim Jim: Hello! Apologies for the late review, been meaning to get to it lately. This place is amazing!! My girlfriend, Kiersten, and I came for a checkup here about 3 weeks ago for the first time and were scheduled for different things: My girlfriend needed her Wisdom Teeth taken out, and I needed a new set of Retainers. The entire staff was so so nice and really worked around our schedule. I wanted to make a quick shoutout to specifically Betel and Briana. Both were so so nice and so caring, engaging in conversation with both my girlfriend and I. Betel was so nice and comforting, it was really nice to have her as our first introduction to the place as Dentists can be quite scary. Not only did both Briana and Betel remember us on future visits, but they made an effort to show they cared and kept communication to ensure we got the care we needed! Again, the entire staff is amazing and really nice. Thank you again, will be coming back for future visits!
