5 /5 Rachel Porterfield: My fiancé and I have the best dentist ever! Dr. McGregor Bacliff Dental is phenomenal! My fiancé had some work done on Monday and Dr. McGregor just called me himself to check on my fiancé to see how he was feeling and doing! I would HIGHLY recommend Bacliff Dental for any work needed to be done! He takes the time and answers all my questions (I have a lot of them) never gets frustrated or irritated. You don’t feel rushed to say what you need to say. I can’t thank him enough for being so kind, humble and having amazing bedside manner! Definitely recommend 100%!!!!

1 /5 Dhands 2234: Ive been trying to get my tooth extracted since NOVEMBER!!!! They just cancelled my appointment a week before and the closest reschedule they had was the MIDDLE OF JULY!!!!! They used to be a good cheap dentist office but after the young dentist moved this place has gone DOWN HILL FAST... The work isnt lasting and there are never appointments to get problems fixed... I had 3 teeth grindeed down and reformed ALL 3 have either broken completely apart or chipped away till pretty much gone

3 /5 Maegan Pope: I used to go to this dentist when I was a little girl. He was the best, and the work he did was amazing (I had a root canal with no crown on a molar last 20 years). Ok, so I called and made an emergency appointment. Took a couple of days to even get in to see someone. I was shopping around for prices initially, and they seemed relatively "affordable" for the work I wanted done (2 extractions with grafts). I have no insurance. I went in at 2PM, got back in a room, and all he did was look in my mouth, hit my tooth, and set up a dental plan. Apparently, I wasnt getting anything done that day. Ok. Well, the office visit, if you can call it that, was $55. Then, when I made an appointment to actually do something, it was 2 MONTHS out. Yea, 2 MONTHS out. He gave me an antibiotic prescription for 7 days. Mmhmm. So I ended up going to my usual dentist to see how much they were, and theyre currently the same price. Needless to say, I went to my usual place, got an appointment the next morning, and I got both teeth pulled the same day. If you can wait, great, but if youre like me with a crazy work schedule and needed something done, Id try elsewhere. Hes a great dentist, but Im not wasting my time again. Maybe he has better appointments for established patients or those with insurance. He recently painted, so the waiting room smells of paint if you have a sensitive nose wear a mask.

1 /5 LAL: The office personnel are horrible. When you call for any reason, it rings a long time before someone picks up and immediately puts you on hold for a long period of time. No matter when Ive called, it happened every time. They also seem to be fuzzy about how to bill and then dont provide a statement with the procedure codes/details, unlike any other dentist office. The final straw is when I was charged and paid for a procedure that shouldve gone directly to insurance (which wouldve paid it in full). When both I and my insurance company called repeatedly to obtain the statement and the claim form from them so my insurance company would reimburse me, the office never picked up or returned multiple calls (over 10 calls from the insurance company). Due to their incompetence and laziness, I had to submit everything/ ie do their job in order to get my money back months later. That is the opposite of "customer service".
