Diane Franks: I went in to get my nails done. They acted like they didnt even want me there. They dont know how to do any designs. And then they want to charge an outrageous amount just for plain fingernail. Polish, I do not recommend them to anyone.
Michelle Green: I’ve been going off & on to this nail salon. And sometimes I go to Bella nail salon because I like them better. But my sister likes US because she says it’s calmer-and that have music playing, and relaxing. HOWEVER, I am very dissatisfied with the job they did. I needed a full set ( Gel) and they charged me $ 70 for this. I knew it would be at least 50-60, but as of right now all my nails have come off. And I only have FOUR nails left. I WILL NOT EVER be going back to them. My advice to everyone is stick to your guns when it comes to a higher price and terrible “ long “ term” full set. It’s sad I’m actually leaving a review for them. But, people need to know how bad my experience was. I am dissatisfied and disappointed.
Steve Pruett: We were visiting in town and needed pedicures. If we lived here we would never go back!
The pedicures seem ok but the person doing them left a lot to be desired! It would be nice to be greeted but all we got throughout (same person did us both) were grunts. Instead of helping get my socks back on (which has always happened - I’m a senior with limited mobility - our person disappeared into the back room until time to collect our payment.
Lots of other good places to go!
Averi Rowton: I had Jason as my nail tech and I really enjoyed my time here. He took his time and made sure my nails looked good. I found my go to nail salon and will be requesting Jason from here on out.

Anthony Pizzuto: I was in town for a quick trip and had time to kill so decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. Friend Nails lives up to its name. By the time I left I felt like I was a member of their family. Great conversations, great service. The next time I make my way to Paris, Ill stop by here for sure!
Tina Peters: I’ve came here for YEARS. Last time I came here I got chrome nails. Tina always does a great job. And I was getting chrome nails for the first time. She was doing a great job but at the end there was lots of streaks coming through that weren’t done so I just nicely asked her to fill them in PLEASE. And apparently i was the one who was wrong it’s not going to be perfect. I told them I didn’t want black streaks coming through lol. So she went over them. And they were beautiful. Ok fast forward the next month which was Christmas time they were too busy so I went somewhere else. I come back this month and I’m sitting there for a few minutes. Finally Andy comes to me and says they can’t do my nails anymore cuz apparently I was too difficult. Even though I asked her to do my chrome over the places she missed very nicely. When I tell you my jaw dropped when he told me that I couldn’t even believe it. They are very rude and disrespectful when you tell them to fix something. I literally said it so nicely.
Angela Alford: I’ve been going here for years! Not only were they rude to my 9 year old granddaughter.. when me and my daughter went in for refills some guy was very rude to my daughter about designs she didn’t even ask for. We didn’t even have colors picked out yet. We won’t be going back!
