2 /5 Michelle Green: I’ve been going off & on to this nail salon. And sometimes I go to Bella nail salon because I like them better. But my sister likes US because she says it’s calmer-and that have music playing, and relaxing. HOWEVER, I am very dissatisfied with the job they did. I needed a full set ( Gel) and they charged me $ 70 for this. I knew it would be at least 50-60, but as of right now all my nails have come off. And I only have FOUR nails left. I WILL NOT EVER be going back to them. My advice to everyone is stick to your guns when it comes to a higher price and terrible “ long “ term” full set. It’s sad I’m actually leaving a review for them. But, people need to know how bad my experience was. I am dissatisfied and disappointed.

1 /5 Hanna Delk: Nails came off not even 24 hours all 10 acrylic, nails, pink did not dry after an hour of sitting underneath the fan horrible service will not go back again. They want to charge us again for their mixup will not go again. Be careful of your nails when you go to this place.

1 /5 Johanah Rodriguez: THE WORST NAIL SALON. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My daughter and I showed up at 5:30 to get our nails done. Their website and door says they close at 6pm. I was wanting a basic fill and she was just getting polish (4years old). They turned us away because they were “closed”. I asked if they could just do polish on my daughter since she was really wanting her nails done & began to cry. They said sure and rushed her polish. I was fine with it since it would make her happy. I asked if they had a paper with pricing for the future (if I decided to return). They said no it “just depends”. My daughter finished drying her nails and I got up to pay for her service. They charged me $20 for regular polish on my 4 year olds nails!! They didn’t tell me a price before hand or give me a price on anything else because “it just depends”. Definitely WILL NOT be returning and highly recommend going else where if you do not want to be ripped off.

5 /5 Carolina: A wonderful lady done my nails and she took her time on my nails and they turned out beautiful. Usually Im scared to do designs, but she did really amazing jod It was my second time there. And I definitely recommend it.

Tina Peters: I’ve came here for YEARS. Last time I came here I got chrome nails. Tina always does a great job. And I was getting chrome nails for the first time. She was doing a great job but at the end there was lots of streaks coming through that weren’t done so I just nicely asked her to fill them in PLEASE. And apparently i was the one who was wrong it’s not going to be perfect. I told them I didn’t want black streaks coming through lol. So she went over them. And they were beautiful. Ok fast forward the next month which was Christmas time they were too busy so I went somewhere else. I come back this month and I’m sitting there for a few minutes. Finally Andy comes to me and says they can’t do my nails anymore cuz apparently I was too difficult. Even though I asked her to do my chrome over the places she missed very nicely. When I tell you my jaw dropped when he told me that I couldn’t even believe it. They are very rude and disrespectful when you tell them to fix something. I literally said it so nicely.

brianna johnson: This was my first time and everything felt backwards. The nails turned out fine but not for me. I’m an experienced nail person, keep that in mind 24 ! Love my nails lookin natural as possible. So my go to nail is French tip almond. And that can be acrylic or gel with tip. So I say Full set acrylic, French tip, almond. The Service was amazing five stars. But the technique that was used to do French tip is not OK French tip should not be drawn on French tip is a classic look and there is a metal tool to make a perfect line for a classic French tip. The lady told me they didn’t have that tool to make the nails look French step… OK that’s fine, so could you use a base acrylic and a white acrylic for the French tip part? We don’t have white acrylic. Then she still continues to say she will fits them tomorrow:( I’m okay. My nails were done way too fast for an almond shape, French tip, thin white. And the technique for those kind of nails and shape you have to use specific no equipment and my nails were drawn on with gel paint on top of acrylic face that’s suffocating to my nail bed and so many different things I mean not to mention the color doesn’t match my skin tone of my fingers!?!?!! $65.

Three of my nails are chipped on the sides already and the paint is peeling off. Only has set for probably about 5-6 days. I’m a sahm so I don’t do anything rough with my nails either!
