Rocky Gonzales I got my nails done a few weeks ago and all though the customer service was awesome. The work wasn’t good at all. I left holding back my tears. I paid full price on a very bad paint job/fill and my nail polish started smudging the moment I left. That’s because I got shellac on top of my nails. I was very upset and didn’t want to be rude after I just paid a pretty penny for my nails so I didn’t go back and instead I’m deciding to share my opinion. Great attitudes but if I’m going to be charged as if I’m going to an actual nail salon I expect the same work if not better.

Sara Carswell This place is so wonderful! I went to Kings nails originally they messed up my nails so bad they were bubbling and peeling up an hour after I had them done! The dude even clipped me a couple of times and made me bleed. Elegant nails (what its called now) took care of me so well. My nails now look AMAZING! Theyre very affordable too with great people on staff. I will most definitely be coming back in the future.

Audrey Zinninger My first experience with this place was a poor one. First, the guy who did my nails was all over the place and severely needs to work on his attention to detail. He didnt get the base coat up close to the edge of my cuticle so when he started adding the shellac, it was shrinking inward. He had to completely scrap the process and start over. Then, he forgot to cure my shellac on one coat and had to start over again. My nails looked mediocre at best, uneven and with many bubbles and divets. They also nickel and dime you for every little thing. Polish removal should be complimentary. It is not hard to use a cotton ball and some acetone to remove previous polish, come on now. Overall, the mani+pedi took OVER 3 hours! That was absurd! For 3 hours, my nails should have been spectacular. I decided to give them another try and tried to schedule another appointment with a different tech only to be told they were booked solid. Guess they dont want my business or anybody elses.

Sandrina Garza Had an amazing experience with Jas @ NailsxJas! Absolutely loved how my nails came out and loved the time I spent there. Jasmine was so kind and talkative and just made the whole experience so comfortable! I showed her an inspiration pic and she completely nailed it! Pun intended! She also took the time to explain different products to me that would help me along my natural nail growth journey. I cannot wait for my next appointment to see what she can come up with for my nails! Highly, highly recommend! Also, her space is located inside this awesome boutique "American Honey" which is so nice! You get to look around and shop while you wait for your appointment! 10/10

Tania Carrillo I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The salon is clean. Kiwi was very professional, and he took the time to listen to what I wanted. They have a wide selection of colors for gel polish. Highly recommend!

chloe williams i love today nails and come for pedicures but this time, i assume a new employee, did my pedicure and it wasn’t like as good as they normally are. she was a younger looking white girl so maybe it was just lack of experience but she wasn’t as friendly as the other employees are. i believe her name is alice im not sure though. i had to ask her to file my nails straight and when she was done i still had to ask her to buff my feet again and she still left dead skin.

Norabel Dhara The owner runs her studio with the highest level of professionalism and takes care of my hands and feet every four weeks. She works with incredible precision and has an enormous amount of expertise. Since I’ve started pedicure with her, I no longer have painful ingrown nails.

Cyndi Sanchez Love this place. This is our to go to place for awesome nails that don’t fall off. My daughter has had problems in the past where her nails have fallen. Nam is awesome and able to create any look or design you may need. My daughter has brought Nam (nail tech)several pictures and he has been able to not only replicate the design but adds his own creative touch that makes them look even better. The wait time is not bad and definitely worth it. However, we usually always get seated at a table right away. Love all the staff very friendly. We will definitely keep coming back.

Autumn Mastin Absolutely the best experience. The technician (he had gorgeous tattoos! But cant remember his name) made the most natural and thin sculpted nails Ive ever had. He hand drew 2 symbols on my nails perfectly. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing price too. I hate that I live out of town or Id be back every other week!!! Cant wait to come back!! Thank you Luxx!
