By the time I left I felt like I was a member of their family. Great conversations, great service. The next time I make my way to Paris, Ill stop by here for sure!

1 /5 Stephanie BRAXTON: Never again!!! very rude lady. I wanted French tips with my own nails they price was higher if I used my own nails instead of adding nails. Lady tried to use same tool the other guy was using for someone else nails she got mad because I said no. The gel on my nails are so thick that Im going somewhere else to get it taken off. Very disappointed

This time I got my nails filled, from a previous out of town nail place, hes wonderful and fast!! Been with them since 2008, Ive moved from Paris, I will travel just to come to them!! I love FRIEND NAILS!!!

1 /5 Lisa Miller: Walked in asked for deluxe pedicure for my dad! Then I told her I needed a fill and pedicure! She said, I can’t…u hv to soak off and it’s 15.00 extra! I said nothing…. Then she said, u want pedicure? I said yes, I want gel polish, then she said it’s 25.00extra. I said nothing! Then she stopped talking to me, after 10-15min she said so do u still want it done? I said, no ma’am I’m good! The prices are on the wall and I never ask how much anything cost! I was just looking for a new location closer to me! Maybe the nice lady was just tired…at least her husband did my dad’s feet, the fastest deluxe I hv ever seen.

3 /5 Audrey Sanchez: Went for first time. Got a pedicurere. For 30 bucks they basically washed my feet and painted my toes. They did no shaping filing or cleaning up. The massage which was my main reason I went last all but 5 minutes. Customer service however was excellent, they were very friendly and kind. Unfortunately quality means too much to me and I wont be back

brianna johnson: This was my first time and everything felt backwards. The nails turned out fine but not for me. I’m an experienced nail person, keep that in mind 24 ! Love my nails lookin natural as possible. So my go to nail is French tip almond. And that can be acrylic or gel with tip. So I say Full set acrylic, French tip, almond. The Service was amazing five stars. But the technique that was used to do French tip is not OK French tip should not be drawn on French tip is a classic look and there is a metal tool to make a perfect line for a classic French tip. The lady told me they didn’t have that tool to make the nails look French step… OK that’s fine, so could you use a base acrylic and a white acrylic for the French tip part? We don’t have white acrylic. Then she still continues to say she will fits them tomorrow:( I’m okay. My nails were done way too fast for an almond shape, French tip, thin white. And the technique for those kind of nails and shape you have to use specific no equipment and my nails were drawn on with gel paint on top of acrylic face that’s suffocating to my nail bed and so many different things I mean not to mention the color doesn’t match my skin tone of my fingers!?!?!! $65.

Kacee: NEVER GOING BACK! Refill costed 70 dollars, for a spider web design super simple. Then I lost two nails without realizing only having them four days!! Three of my nails are chipped on the sides already and the paint is peeling off. Only has set for probably about 5-6 days. I’m a sahm so I don’t do anything rough with my nails either!

I waitresses for over 45 minutes and the lady that did my nails messed them up the first time so I asked her to fix them and she got mad. Then she ended up fixing them and I’ve had them for two day and I was cleaning my house and one of them popped off. The people running the shop are also very rude and disrespectful. Please guys save your breath and go to HBJ Nails The first time, if not you’ll be going there days later to have them fix your nails anyways. *PLEASE DO NOT GO TO TOP NAILS*

Molly Armstrong: Manicures by Sandy are also a great part of my bimonthly pampering and I also love her work! Her husband is just as good and just as funny!! I love them both!! If I could rate the pedicures though it would be 3 stars. The lady who does the pedicures is very gentle and nice the man who doesn’t them is unfriendly, insensitive and sometimes rude. He has burnt me multiple times with either wax or rocks. I will never get the pampering pedicure because of that. He’s also very rough and is typically in a hurry to get it done. The picture of my fingers is a week out from the day I got them.
