5 /5 AmberLamb: Update: I am moving my review to 5 stars. Asifa reached out to me and offered to fix my color since I was not 100% satisfied. I was so touched. The new color is amazing and suits me so well. The customer service here is fantastic. I 100% recommend this salon. Thank you so much for everything! The people are very sweet. However, I have to give 3 stars because my color was completely different. I didn’t want to be red and it turned out redder than I have ever had it. She did say she couldn’t help it because I have used box color in the past. However, it was over a year since I had done anything to it before I went into this salon. I would at least think the natural color would have matched the color I wanted. Anyways, I think the staff is nice and the place is really clean. Just disappointed that I am going to have to go get it fixed.
