1 /5 Sarah Parr: I went in for a trim and layers with a v shape cut in the back. I told the stylist to keep the length and she completely butchered my hair. 5-6ninches was cut off, all the layers and hair was uneven and not cut correctly. I even mentioned my hair was uneven and she told me it wasn’t. I told her again the cut is not even the same on both sides and she told me “I don’t know”. The v cut was so sharp it left the ends with barely any hair. I ended up having to go to another stylist who immediately looked at my hair and said who cut your hair?? They ruined your hair! My hair was all the down to my lower back and now it’s close to my collar bone.

2 /5 Edith Arroyo: Dry unfriendly welcome. Was explaining kid’s cut preference, she was annoyed because I didn’t use the right cut term. When I got home, I noticed my grandson’s neck back was grey looking, she forgot to shave below the trim. I had to shave it. I was nervous to cut him with the razor. It was very inconvenient since I noticed at the last minute and had to get to my other grandkid’s baptism.

4 /5 R. C.: I always request Yolanda , she does an amazing job with my boys hair cut, as well as mine. My only complaint is that cost & they never offer coupons to their return customers. I am shopping around & looking for another place to get a hair cut due to their price increase. If you decide to go there ask for Yolanda.

5 /5 G Sharp: Calm and quiet, which is a nice change from the usual loud conversations and music most salons have going on. Good haircut. I do wish they would wash the hair after the cut to get the loose hairs washed away.
