1 /5 Ruby: A few months ago I came here a few times due to being referred by my friend to visit , the last time i went there my hair was up to my neck and i simply wanted my split ends trimmed, the owner Cecy gave me a pixie cut from getting scissor-happy with the shears , Now that i’m in need of a trim again i remembered about this salon and how much i was disappointed that day with still having to pay her her 40 dollars that she stole and violated from me , Safe to say im not coming here for my haircut this time around .

Sarah Parr: I went in for a trim and layers with a v shape cut in the back. I told the stylist to keep the length and she completely butchered my hair. 5-6ninches was cut off, all the layers and hair was uneven and not cut correctly. I even mentioned my hair was uneven and she told me it wasn’t. I told her again the cut is not even the same on both sides and she told me “I don’t know”. The v cut was so sharp it left the ends with barely any hair. I ended up having to go to another stylist who immediately looked at my hair and said who cut your hair?? They ruined your hair! My hair was all the down to my lower back and now it’s close to my collar bone.
