Morgan Simms: I had a terrible experience with Roberts Automotive. I paid over $4,000 for an engine replacement that was never completed. After picking up the car, the same problems persisted — and now the transmission is out as well. I brought the vehicle back multiple times trying to get them to make it right.
On the third visit, when I calmly asked for the repair to be done properly, they threatened to call the police on me — as if I was in the wrong for asking for what I paid for. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful.
I feel scammed, and now I’m left with a car in worse condition and thousands of dollars gone. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle or your money.
Shimmering Clouds: So my car broke down outside of Coleman which is three hours from my home. My mom came to rescue me and we headed to Block One Auto on a recommendation from a local. The owner of this shop is so immensely helpful and truly saved the day. He arranged a tow for my car and then gave it a thorough diagnostic. Turns out I ruined my motor. Despite the loss, I still felt I came out of this situation with positivity because of the genuinely pleasant experience I had at Block One. Thank you so much for everything!!!
Adam Looper: Had ourselves a bit of an adventure on a treacherous strip of roadway this afternoon and ended up backwards in a ditch. He actually showed up to assist the moving lf a tractor trailer that did almost the same thing right near us. Took the time to pull me out of the ditch and send us on our way. Greatly appreciated.
