1 /5 Ashley Mcfarland: Horrible experience. Took my 2018 Ford explorer in. I called twice a week for updates and was told it will be done in a week every call. Months and months went by. Lost my job and my house due to my wheels in the shop. He replaced the motor with the wrong motor and blew sensors all over it and again we waited. He had the explorer over a year. When we finally got it back we picked it up along with the replacement motor on a pallet. He refused to fix the car. Cost us over 4,500 our home and my job and nothing to show for. No refund just a car and a motor on a pallet.
