Tosha Utt I had a great experience at Kwik Kar. I brought my Bronco in for an oil change and to have an issue checked out. Unlike other places, where I often feel pressured by upselling or talked down to because I’m a woman, everyone here was friendly, respectful, and professional. The gentleman at the front desk was especially organized and thorough—he even double-checked that the oil life was properly reset, which is often overlooked elsewhere. We’ll definitely be bringing all of our vehicles to Kwik Kar from now on.

Sissala Wilkey The young man who took care of my truck was very polite and respectful. He checked with me about price and such before he took care of my issue. I appreciated that. It was a very good experience, I will go back there.

Jennifer Chel Chris and his crew were spectacular! We heard a funny noise in the engine and saw we were having electrical issues. We pulled in, they confirmed our suspicions of a bad alternator. They also let us know that our current alternator was under warranty. They ordered the part locally and had us back on the road in about an hour. We definitely recommend them for your automotive needs!!

Logan Dodson Asked for me to give them a written description of the issue and email it to them. Told me that they would review and call me back. I sent the email that same day, 2 days later no call, so my fiance calls to check in, "we have been busy and havent reviewed it, we will call you back". Another 2 days pass, call them "we will call you back". This past Friday called them with no answer. Its been almost a week. Can be the best shop in town, with this level of service they are of no use to anyone. Do not recommend wasting your time with them.

Rebecca Wilhite We were traveling and picked up a screw. It was after 9 on a Saturday night so no one was open. We called the Loves Tire shop for 18 wheelers, b but they didnt repair regular cars. He gave us Reds number and we called and got on his list. Fortunately the screw was in the tread and fixable. It did take a couple of hours because of the calls lined up before us but he did come and took care of us and got us back on the road. Just remember that this is an EMERGENCY service and doesnt come cheap, but it was worth every penny. Thak you Red!!!!

Scott Caver Reds came out and helped out with a remote location flat repair. He didnt have a card reader so he took our card information. He charged me for the service as discussed then charged me a second time less than a month later. Although he admits the charge was made in error, 3 months later Reds has yet to issue a refund. If anyone uses Reds, I would highly recommend paying cash.

Kandace Ivey We got stuck on the side of the road with a transmission leak issue. These guys came by and saved the day! They worked on the side of the road to get the suv up and running so that we could make it to their shop and get it fixed! I highly recommend!!! They saved our butts today! Excellent service and super friendly guys here!

Barbara Ruhlman Chuck has a heart of gold, and he is a very knowledgeable and professional mechanic. He stopped what he was doing and diagnosed and fixed our X5 when we were in a bad situation. I would trust him with anything I drive. He was incredible!

Wolf Shepherd Thought I had leaking windshield problem, but Chad said no, fogging up and suggested ways to fix it. Thinking most any other shop would have sold me new windshield.

Katie Green Went and got a basic oil change today and they were fantastic! Patrick is who I talked to and he was so nice and very friendly! I had a few questions and he answered them for me to where I could understand. It also took a quick 15-20 minutes!

Amber Roberts We were passing through headed home from out of town and had car troubles. This auto mechanic met us at the gas station and ran a diagnostic, reset some things, and made sure things were running safely again. They made further recommendations but we felt we would be able to make it home. They had excellent service and were very up front with pricing and how things work. Very fair pricing and just nice people when we were in a tough spot. Very grateful for the help and great service experience.

Susan Mckinney Work was very efficient! Went in for a front end alignment and they made sure they checked everything to ensure something under the hood didnt cause it to go out! Luckily it was just a pot hole! Very reliable and cost was less than I anticipated based on what others had charged. I will definitely use them again and highly rate them to all my friends for thier auto needs!

Chanse, the service manager, quickly fits me into the day’s service work, keeps me informed of my vehicle’s progress and returns it to me in great condition. I’ll be back!

Mary Ivey This place is terrible. I had a coupon for brake work for 169.00 said it was not for the place. Had Brian Toliver name on coupon. So they turned my rotors where they were not out any parts and charged me 230.42. I would not buy a car from them for half price. They are not good people. Loyd Ivey

Stephen Berryman Our son was moving from Dallas to Indy. Blew a tire out of Dallas on the interstate! Tires were old. Had Discount replace all four. Within two hours our son was on his way on a Saturday! I have a feeling they may have squeezed him in since he was obviously traveling home with his car full of his belongings. A sincere thank you!

Jacquie Muller So grateful for the excellent and honest customer service that my college-aged daughter and I received today. My daughter had a screw puncture her tire on the road, which quickly led to a flat tire. Dustin provided me with the name of a towing company, then promptly serviced my daughters tire once her vehicle arrived. Dustin called to discuss all of the options for my daughters tire with me. Treated both of us with great customer service. The whole process, from calling for the tow truck to patching her tire was completed in under an hour. We appreciate everything Dustin did for us today. Robert Dunn Dropped my 1983 Ford off to repair an idle issue. Rough idle. Had carburetor issues. Kirby installed a carburetor kit and cleaned up the carburetor. They installed a new hose from oil cap to the air filter. Truck runs good. Love the old family farm truck. Truck used primarily on the farm. Great job. Thanks. Highly recommend Kerby Garage.

Layne Johnson I brought my truck in to his garage when others turned me down. He found the problem that day with an on board computer. He replaced it, and other few problems I had and reported everything back to me. Im from Arkansas and if I have any other problems down the road I will bring it back here. He is truly the definition of great customer service.

Jasmine Flores This man is a blessing. A stupid semi truck dropped a metal piece that hit our cars gas tank underneath which created a puncture. We quickly found his shop online and he was super nice and helpful, immediately told us he could help we just needed to wait for the part to be picked up which in such short notice was ok. Sulphur springs has a beautiful downtown area so we hung out there while we waited, he quickly was able to get the part and replace it on our car and even gave us some water and gas to make it to the closest gas station. We were on a road trip to our next duty station across country so for us to be able to find this man and for him to get us on the road same day was absolutely amazing and a blessing. Oh and forgot to mention reasonable price too because I was expecting to pay close to $1000 to $2000 and honestly it was no where near and on such short notice too. Oh and he has a lovely dog!
