N R Excellent. Ive had 2 unexpected issues with my car. T&A took my car and fixed it up super fast! And they didnt try to force me into the expensive fixes, but gave me the options. Fix it brand new perfect, or a quick fix that looks good and still functional. They did what worked for me. Fast. Great work. Great prices. Highly recommend.

Sarah Tessier We had a new AC installed just a compressor. It was not blown cold. We took our Car to Island tire. They promptly diagnose the problem. It had multiple problems. My wife also had to work in the evening. They let me have my car back each night for my wife. They worked around our schedule. My ac is blowing cold. .They were fantastic as usual.Well worth the peace of mind knowing its done right

Sabrina Williams Im very pleased with the service I received. My fuel pump burned out and the mechanic worked with me, took me every step of the way and explained to me everything he was doing. He told me honest and fair prices about the parts and he found them for better pricing then buying outright the parts from the dealership themselves. They even accepted taking a part if we gave it to them to do our car and not many mechanics do that and like to take as much money as they can out of you. The day right after they received the part, the next day my vehicle was fixed! But it was an easy fix so everyones vehicle may have a different story. They are out there and not easy to find, but I always think the best mechanics are! Thank you so much for your honest service and always answering calls and staying in contact with me, some mechanics you have to call to see what status your car is at! I really appreciate everything and will be coming back if ever my vehicle needs servicing! Edit: The next day my car stopped working and I tried to jump start it without any luck. I called the owner and he offered to come out free of charge! He came and looked at my battery and readjusted it. I didnt use my vehicle for near a month and he figured out the battery has been misplaced. He didnt charge me anything and didnt ask for anything in return. Ive never had a mechanic work so well with me and make me feel secure I know my vehicle is in good hands. I cant thank this place enough!

Melissa Sanchez Extremely pleased and would highly recommend First Call Automotive. I was worried about not being able to work being that I have to drive daily for work. My vehicle was fixed quickly and quite honestly drives better now than it was before. Pricing was good as well. I am letting all my friends and family know First Call Automotive is to “go to” place when in need of either repairs or just routine maintenance.

Thomas Kieber-Emmons Chris came to my RV site to change the oil and checked hoses etc in my Class C Motorhome. He scheduled me promptly and arrived on time. Very friendly and professional. Gave me some suggestions for maintenance which he is not going to perform. That means he was honest in his advice. Highly recommend for RVers with mitorhomes.

Aaron Cherry Safelite was giving me the run around on a windshield replacement quote and saying my truck needed a calibration even after they received my vin. I called these guys and within a hour they had me a quote and stated my truck didnt need a calibration. They got me scheduled within 2 days and they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward. They were carefully with their work and respected my vehicle. I recommend this company 100 times over for a smooth, fast and honest job.

AG Ackerman In 2019, the owner, Beto, sold me a car he knew was salvaged. I never looked at the title until 2 years later. The only problem i had with the car had to do with the ignition. In 2019 i took it to him. He charged me over $200. To this date, the problem still exist. Today, April 12, 2021, I picked the car from his garage for the same problem. He wanted to charge me $125.00. I refused to pay it. Time will tell is he fixed it or if he rigged it just like all the other time. I will report.

derek radtke Here is my experience with In And Out Auto. First off their towing service is good I would recommend the J Hook Towing. My truck was/is having some electrical issues which caused it to stop working while driving down SPID, I had it towed to In and Out to have this issue diagnosed and repaired. The mechanic found some wires that had been chewed on by a mouse/rat which they did provide pictures of so I am thinking so far so good, also there was a blown fuse. I was told the fuse was replaced and the damaged wires have been replaced as well and the truck starts but there are still some codes showing up on the scanner. The code was for a bad cam shaft sensor. Sensor was replaced no labor charges for that so I am still thinking so far so good. I pay my bill- which was $473.55 and go pick up my truck. I opened the hood to check out the "New wiring" the new wires were simply spliced and electrical taped back together- that was a 2 hour labor charge. After picking it up I take it to an Autozone and have them hook a scanner up to the vehicle to check the codes, exact same code comes up- Bad Cam Shaft Sensor. So my truck was at this shop for a total of five days, I spent nearly $500 for some electrical tape and the exact same engine codes that were showing up the first day I dropped it off. Their communication to and towards me as a customer was lacking at best, I would call a few times a day to check the status and I would be lucky to get ahold of anyone.

Kathy Sharp This was my first time here. All I had done was an oil change. But, these guys were recommended to me by someone I know. They were polite, on time and prompt, and reasonably priced. I will definitely come back.

adrian edwards Fuel pump control module went out and left my wife stranded in the middle of the road. Called Dubs early that morning a few minutes before they opened. They were able to dispatch a wrecker to pickup the car within an hour. Was told they were busy and would need to work us in. I was expecting a few days or more to get it fixed. Their team was able to work it in and diagnose the issue by COB same day and by the next morning we had the vehicle back. Bill has always been a very dependable shop that has some of the best service technicians in Corpus Christi. Thanks for the fast service and getting my wife her car back.

Anthony Tassin When I initially selected Dubs Garage for maintenance on my vehicle, I had looked at reviews and their long history in Corpus Christi. I felt that they are a reputable garage. After the second visit in a years period, there was an issue with my vehicle that I thought their maintenance tech had created. Dubs Garage agreed, took full responsibility, and repaired the issue at no charge. Im quite satisfied that my initial assessment of Dubs Garage was correct. I will continue to take my vehicles there and strongly recommend Dubs Garage.

Jared Melendez I loved the service they gave me. The owner is honest and he always wants to give you the best service possible, for example my car cooling system wasnt working and I was told at a different auto shop that I would have to replace the whole cooling system I later went to this shop and the mechanic told me that the only thing I needed to change was a water hose that had burst. I told him to go ahead and change it because it was only a water hose. he changed it and after that my cars cooling system hasnt failed me since. I personally recommend this mechanic to anyone that is looking for an honest mechanic who only looks for the best outcome for their customers.

Viviana Castanon Took my vehicle in for AC repair. I have used their services before and been very satisfied. The whole staff is friendly, professional & provide excellent customer service. Took my car in late in the day so i did have to leave it overnight but Mr. Pedro did an amazing job of updating me on the process & even text pictures of the work being done!! Job was done early next morning & AC is working great!! I would highly recommend these guys, they do EXCELLENT work!

Gabbie Mott I’ve been using this car place on and off since my first car many many years ago whenever they were off of Carrol lane. Very good honest business! They never disappoint me. It’s refreshing to see how busy they are every-time I pass by! Benny is a great guy, Never met jj till this last recent encounter he was great too! I got a second opinion from them since the car place I got my car from said my car didn’t have any issues (even though it clearly did) they figured out the issues it was having and what needs to be done thank you so much. Whenever the time is right I will be back for more service :)
