    Ashley Nolan: I brought my car to Firestone (this location) on May 3 for a tire rotation, balance, and alignment as part of my lifetime alignment package. I was told the alignment was done and received the report. But the car never felt quite right afterward—the tire pressure light remained on, and the ride didn’t feel as smooth as it should’ve. Fast forward to June: I take my car to Christian Brothers for an oil change and they tell me it still needs an alignment. They provide their alignment report—proving that multiple angles were still out of spec, including serious toe misalignment. That was just a few weeks after Firestone supposedly fixed everything. Oh, and I noticed my rear driver-side air cap was missing after Firestone. Small, but sloppy. I paid for a service Firestone clearly isn’t taking seriously. Christian Brothers corrected what Firestone didn’t—now the car rides smooth, the alignment is precise, and the pressure light is off. Lifetime alignment or not, I deserve honesty and quality. I won’t be returning to Firestone.

    Ken Coursey: Work was on 2018 Ram truck March 2025. Truck had difficulty when fueling...the gas dispenser incorrectly kept shutting of flow thinking tank was full. Also, had slight oil leak.Took to Colony Car Care who said needed a new gas tank and replace oil engine cooler. I took to dealer to get second opnion without letting them know I already had one estimate. Dealer came back with same diagnosis but price to fix was a lot more. Its been 4 months and both issues have been fixed with no re-occurence of issues. I was happy with Colony Car care.

Because where there is more that one person involved amd different responsibilities is hard to expect 100% satisfaction. My experience this time at This dealership was exceptional. Before calling this dealership I got an almost $900 quote for the same exact tires. I called Tristan and he got me a GREAT deal, so yes I was taken care. Now we now days are in a rush to get everything with in minutes, but I rather have some spend time on my vehicle fixing it and be safe on the road, than rush them and not be sure that I will be safe on the road. Thank you I will be going back.

    Katie Madigan: Set a noon appointment for an oil change on a Sunday, brought it in and they asked if they could keep it for the afternoon and do it when they have time. I said fine, and I would call a ride. But what’s the purpose of setting an appointment then?? Gave them a call at 4:50 since they closed at 5, asking if it was done since we never heard from them, and they said they still hadn’t pulled it in the garage yet, but we’re just about to and should take around half an hour. I went ahead and got a ride back up there, arriving just before 5:30, car still hadn’t been pulled in the garage…. It was finally taken in just before 6, and rushed through because it was well past closing and I’m sure they were all ready to go home. After leaving, I discovered my fluids had not been topped off, and everything under the car wasn’t even put back together correctly! So I had to take it BACK in, wait several hours again, and they still didn’t top off all the fluids. Only the washer fluid. If you’re going to quote me $192 for an flipping oil change, you better do EVERYTHING you advertise you’re going to do, from the check over of the vehicle to the topping off of fluids. I guess the Firestone quote “I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business” is up on the wall there just because it looks good.

    Jennifer LeRow: I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision West Frisco! After meeting Ray and going over the process of restoring my car after an accident, I felt very comfortable leaving my car in his hands. The repairs were completed beautifully and turned around earlier than expected. Apparently, the battery was drained during the repairs (it was pretty old tbh), and they brought a new one to my house and changed it out for me on the spot! A part to complete my interior door trim was delayed by the supplier, and Ray went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole as quickly as possible. They even detailed my pretty car afterward. I highly recommend this location! All the staff were super kind and efficient as well!
