I was traveling across the country when my radiator cracked and started leaking coolant. None of the other mechanics in the area would touch my old BMW 5 series, but Bruce (the "B" in B &. L) was up to the task. He very easily could have taken advantage of me and charged a lot of money for the repair, but that is not how he rolls. He fixed my car at a great price. He even gave me the remaining coolant from the job just in case I needed it.

Jenarius: Just a heads up, they’ll tell you one thing, then come back later with a much higher number. Happened to me more than once.. they’d throw out a price, then somehow it’d jump up with extra charges they “forgot” to mention. I also found out they use a shop down south on 19 where they get used parts and claim they’re new. That explains a lot about why my car kept having issues after the so-called repairs. And don’t even get me started on the towing.. they charged me over $200 for a 6-mile tow. If I’d known, I would’ve just done it myself. Nothing about the pricing was ever really transparent. Just a heads up again ask everything up front and don’t take their word for it.
