Arthur Vu My go to mechanic for all my vehicles. Cesar is one of the those rare honest mechanics that you can trust with recommended services. Hes never had me do anything unnecessary and has saved me plenty of money in upkeep of my vehicles. The location is easy to get to but be warned that parking space is very limited and sometimes a tight fit particularly if theyre busy.

D. Lu I asked the owner to order an item twice, given my phone numbers to call me in if there were any problems. I showed up twice and the part was not ordered. By the way, the parking is really small. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Troy Drayton Reasonable quote for brake pad replacement and rotors with fluid flush. Overall, I called 6 places before deciding and they were competitive but not the cheapest. Went with them because they were transparent about what they were actually putting on my car and the only place that asked me to come in so they could see the car to make sure the quote was accurate. When they actually did the work, they honored the appointment in the timeframe specified without extra waiting and the car brakes smooth after. Far better than my previous experience with brake replacement. Also did my valve cover gaskets and spark plugs here around 50000 miles ago and still going strong. Same story on that one. Quality work, positive customer service, and efficient.

Maria R Stop by in the morning for an oil change, friendly service, which is good. They were not busy, so they took my car right away, but the oil change was very slow, took 30+ minutes. Then they suggested I get an alignment, filter replacement, and a light fixed, those took an additional 50+ minutes, so that’s almost 1.5 hours. Only wish they were quicker!

Manoj Savalia “A Cautionary Tale for Car Owners” " Broke more parts and things than they ever repaired" I recently brought my vehicle to this shop hoping for a straightforward repair, but unfortunately, my experience left dishonesty with poor quality work with exterior and interior tore down ,which put me and my family in danger on the road. Things are just started here , I went to pick my car and found passenger car was tore down by sharp object as per picture . I told Nathan and Owner of business, they said we did not use passenger side ,even though you clearly see mess and fingerprints everywhere on passenger side. I did ask to check their camera for everything and they didnt care and just telling me ,we did not do that and showing rude attitude .After big arguments, shop agree to pay 50% of repair cost and asked me get quote from leather repairer. I got quotes and everything ,they did not response for anything or did not pay as they promised for repair . I went to repair for clicking noise, from Range rover sport CV boots and ended up corrupting my full suspension system with loosen parts hanging around . which cause more rattling and squeaking with sparkles while loosen part scratching with rim as par pictures attached here. while driving on the road, other car driver noticed sparkles coming out from rim and asked me to stop. found loosen part scratching on the rim and it could have put my car on fire and put us all under fire on the road. It is just, not ending things here yet , While i was driving and rain started , wiper did not started . I got off from the car and open the hood to make sure all connections are good or not . not able to fix Wipers but found loosen tube and sprayers are hanging without connected to the hoods. I had to put them back to see if that make any difference , unfortunately not. This not just finished there , I went to other mechanic to show them on wipers and found that , that wipers are broken and these stupid people had glued them and zip tied to fix . I still not understand ,why they opened wiper side , it may be getting more claims from Warranty company or some other purpose to make more money. I Know mistake happens ,however these people doesnt seems to take responsibility and accountability of their wrongdoing . They are just ignoring customers after they will get paid and left them on the road in danger and helpless. Nathan ,who got very bad attitude and dont care about any customers. when I call him, he ask me to work with William (Dont know real name ) and when i text William , he ask me to work with Nathan. they just played games and did not fix anything as they messed up everything. which clearly sign of very unprofessional environment they have created. Alex Groth Came here for the first time to get an alignment and oil change. The manager was very friendly and explained everything. The waiting room is comfortable and clean, so hanging out for a bit is very pleasant. Prices were reasonable. Will be back.

Jamie Crawford I was on my way out of town with 3 little kids and a car full of stuff when I unfortunately got a flat tire. I barely made it to this tire shop and when I pulled in it was PACKED. I thought that I would be there all day with 3 antsy toddlers and was panicking a little. I went to the front desk to check in and have someone check my tire. About 5 min after I sat down the manager came over and said they patched my tire and I was ready to go. I was SHOCKED and so thankful for their quick work and compassion. What a great company and team. I am forever grateful! I highly highly recommend this business!!!

Amy Polak I’ve visited Garage Guys a couple of time on two different occasions. Once to get my vehicle registration, and second for my /c unit not blowing cold air. On both instances I had an excellent customer experience. The team got me in and out as quickly as possible. I’m usually a little hesitant when visiting a new place of business, like this one, however I was quickly put at ease and left knowing I got exactly what I needed. I highly recommend garage guys for all your vehicle needs.

Candace Garrett I have been coming to these guys since 2017. I know mostly every worker by name at the Rosenberg Location and they know my name as well. The owners are awesome and just great honest people. The Rosenberg location has serviced 4 cars for me since 2017. They fix it right the first time every-time. I especially love how they will always tell you the exact cost of parts and labor with tax included so you know what the amount is before you pay. Hope Steen I am very disappointed in this place. I went there for a free AC check, knowing that nothing is ever free. At first, I tried to make an appointment and was told that there was no need to make an appointment as long as I showed up when they opened at 8 a.m. I would be the first one served. I showed up at 7:45 a.m. and waited until they opened up their doors and checked in. By 8:15 they had not come and got my car yet. I then watched as a lady pulled in behind me and walked inside. 15 minutes later, they came out and got her car first, so I went inside and asked why am I not being the first one being brought back to the back when I was the first one there. The employee, in an unfriendly tone, stated theyre coming to get your car now. A couple of minutes later a gentleman came out and told me that my car was too low on freon for them to do the "free test" and that I would have to pay $210 to put freon in it before they can even do the test. I opted out and went to another mechanic shop who said I was low on Freon and only charged me $60 to recharge my car which fixed the issue. I knew something was wrong when they wanted to charge me three times the normal amount, so I know never to come back to this place again between the attitude and the prices.

Steve Prime I have a 2009 GMC Sierra pick up truck that had a slow oil leak that became worse recently. They were able to diagnose it in less than 30 minutes. He quoted me a price which I thought was more than reasonable for an oil leak. When they went into repair it, they noticed there was another gasket leaking so I paid a bit more…but much less than I ever could have dream of. They completed all this in 4 hours. I learned of this auto shop when I got my car inspected last month… I felt such a positive vibe I decided to go back for this issue. I highly recommend taking your car here.
