1 /5 Hope Steen: I am very disappointed in this place. I went there for a free AC check, knowing that nothing is ever free. At first, I tried to make an appointment and was told that there was no need to make an appointment as long as I showed up when they opened at 8 a.m. I would be the first one served. I showed up at 7:45 a.m. and waited until they opened up their doors and checked in. By 8:15 they had not come and got my car yet. I then watched as a lady pulled in behind me and walked inside. 15 minutes later, they came out and got her car first, so I went inside and asked why am I not being the first one being brought back to the back when I was the first one there. The employee, in an unfriendly tone, stated theyre coming to get your car now. A couple of minutes later a gentleman came out and told me that my car was too low on freon for them to do the "free test" and that I would have to pay $210 to put freon in it before they can even do the test. I opted out and went to another mechanic shop who said I was low on Freon and only charged me $60 to recharge my car which fixed the issue. I knew something was wrong when they wanted to charge me three times the normal amount, so I know never to come back to this place again between the attitude and the prices.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the issues with my vehicle and the necessary repairs. They offered fair pricing and completed the work in a timely manner. My car is running smoothly now, and I feel confident in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Americas Choice Automotive for anyone in need of reliable and professional automotive services.

1 /5 Trixie LaRouge: Came in for brakes, a few months later I’m paying $500 for tires and an alignment. After I got my brakes done, I kept hearing a rubbing/grinding on my front driver side wheel. I called and they said it’s just the pads wearing in. Ok, whatever. Sound never went away so I called again and they said the same thing and it’s fine. I just went to Discount Tire next door to get my tires rotated and the inside of my drivers side tire is rubbed bald. My truck never made that noise before they worked on it and I’ve never had wear issues on my tires outside of normal wear and tear. Edit- Just left from getting my alignment done and magically, the grinding noise (that didn’t start until this place did my brakes) is gone!

5 /5 Waldo Vuong: Called for an inspection for 1 of my vehicles and they said they could take me immediately, others were saying hours if not days later before they would be able to do it. Drove right in, they took me immediately and I was out quickly. Highly recommend, will go back for future inspections for sure.
