Hes never had me do anything unnecessary and has saved me plenty of money in upkeep of my vehicles. The location is easy to get to but be warned that parking space is very limited and sometimes a tight fit particularly if theyre busy.

1 /5 D. Lu: I asked the owner to order an item twice, given my phone numbers to call me in if there were any problems. I showed up twice and the part was not ordered. By the way, the parking is really small. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hope Steen: I am very disappointed in this place. I went there for a free AC check, knowing that nothing is ever free. At first, I tried to make an appointment and was told that there was no need to make an appointment as long as I showed up when they opened at 8 a.m. I would be the first one served. I showed up at 7:45 a.m. and waited until they opened up their doors and checked in. By 8:15 they had not come and got my car yet. I then watched as a lady pulled in behind me and walked inside. 15 minutes later, they came out and got her car first, so I went inside and asked why am I not being the first one being brought back to the back when I was the first one there. The employee, in an unfriendly tone, stated theyre coming to get your car now. A couple of minutes later a gentleman came out and told me that my car was too low on freon for them to do the "free test" and that I would have to pay $210 to put freon in it before they can even do the test. I opted out and went to another mechanic shop who said I was low on Freon and only charged me $60 to recharge my car which fixed the issue. I knew something was wrong when they wanted to charge me three times the normal amount, so I know never to come back to this place again between the attitude and the prices.

Rebecca Perry: I have taken my car to a few dealerships but I have not been fully satisfied with the repairs that they have done despite the exorbitant cost of the repairs. One even told me that they need to have the car for a few days to fix the lift gate. This time I made a diligent effort to read reviews on several car repair shops; and my overall conclusion is to take my car to Colony One at Dulles. I told David that my car gets hot especially when the air conditioning is on & the lift gate does not work properly. He said that they will run diagnostics & it will be a separate charge from the repair; which I consented to it. He called me after a few hours & informed me exactly me of the results of the diagnostics. He gave me a quote & I told him to proceed with the repair. My car stayed with them for only half a day & all repairs were done to my satisfaction. They even gave me a follow up call just to make sure that everything is OK & that I can call them if I have any issues &/or questions. That is customer service. From hereon they will be my go-to car repair shop. Kudos to the staff!
