Ajay Kumar Akula They won’t intimate diagnosis money before after they doing nothing they are asking money about 150$ for the just seeing the car don’t trust them they are fake not genuine candidates be clear with the money they promised in the call and while your taking your car here they will say something else don’t trust them they are raising voice on coustmers I am saying they are literally robbing costumers

evanny trujillo 2nd time coming to this tire shop hoping for a better experience this time around since its only 3 minutes away from my home. l waited a good 10 minutes to be greeted, l seen 4-5 men in the shop, all of them looked my way and didnt bother to ask or come up to me. l drove there with a flat just to leave and drive away WITH A FLAT 10 minutes away for better service and a BETTER EXPERIENCE, they greeted me within seconds

Angela Myles Hello Everyone, I previously went to this shop about a month ago and I had a lot of issues. I came in with issues that werent fixed and I am still having these issues. Since, leaving the shop and writing my first bad review they called and paid for a majority of the work they did. I was fine with sucking it up and paying for a new battery because they killed it. I was fine with their resolution. This is my follow up review. I took my car to a Honda dealership TODAY (8/1/25) to do full a multi-point inspection and change my CVT transmission fluid. During their inspection, they show me a large tool and vice grips left in my engine. I dont work on my car nor does my bf. Sparx is the only mechanic to do work on my car. They had did work around my belt and pulley, rotor fan, etc. Please dont use this mechanic. That was beyond careless and could have damaged my engine. (No one else could have done this. They were the last person to do any kind of work on my car and I havent had any work with my engine done ever). They have a lot of cars going in and out but it doesnt mean they are actually taking the proper time needed to do the job correctly. I thought everyone should know.

Shelby Pitts If your car looks anything like mine do mot come here unless you want to be humiliated and insulted. Idk about most people but I only take my car somewhere if I have to, and that usually means it’s an emergency. I did the best I could at cleaning my car in a rushed situation. With that said I took my car into this establishment in hopes of getting my spark plugs fixed. Instead I received zero respect from the time I entered the door to the time I left. At first I was uncomfortable as the male employee who was assisting me and my partner, started asking very personal questions about our relationship ie.” are you the go getter” this comment was made several times to my partner in reference as to who wears the pants in our relationship. That should have been a hint at how this interaction would be going. I want to state that when I came in all of the staff where sitting around a table talking and joking. No other business was being had, no cars in the bay, no one’s car being worked on. It was dead. I gave my keys to the male employee and left. An hour and a half later, I received a call from the same male employee stating “ I will not be getting in your car and you know why”. I honestly had no clue. Again, I removed all trash besides a few spare pieces of paper. I was unable to vacuum my car due to this being an emergency and me needing my car back for work. I go back to retrieve my keys and ask this gentleman why he cannot work on my car. The response I received was not only the most unprofessional but the rudest response I have ever received. “ I will not work in a trash can”. I have never had an issue in the past, hell, discount auto took my car no problem. Customer beware this is not only a unprofessional shop but one that will waste your time for no reason other than lazy people not wanting to work. Update: As you can see by the owners reply, this man has no shame and lacks people skills let alone customer service. I’m truly happy I will never be doing business with this gentleman again nor will anyone I know. The lack of respect is beyond belief. I can and will continue to take my “garbage can” to willing and skilled shops. I highly recommend Ellis auto who are not only the best at customer service but get the job done. They don’t care if you don’t have time to detail your car they understand life happens and a job is a job. Once again this place is not safe for queer folk he will ask inappropriate questions and degrade you the whole time. Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else.

Tommy Gilliam Bobby & Fernando did a great job for me on my a/c. Explained everything to me as to why the old compressor had stopped working. Very reliable and if I’m ever in this area again and need help. JC Mobil Mechanics will be the only place I’ll call.

Arianna Willy JC Mobile Mechanics outside of Sherman TX to Wichita falls is a great mechanic service, not only was it quick service but got my husband and I back in the road within a few hours on a Friday night, he was very knowledgeable and skilled for the services on not bad pricing. I would recommend them 10/10 any day.

Michael Perez Tommy was great. He let me know right away that they were shorthanded when I arrived but to be honest I didnt have to wait long. He had me out of there in about 20 minutes. Ill be back. Give them a visit next time you need an oil change.

Teresa I have known these people for years and would have never dreamed that they would do me like this. I broke down on the way to work and had my truck towed to the shop... 4 days and almost 600... they still didnt have my truck fixed...I had to have it towed to another shop. So glad that I did. I feel like they took advantage of a 65 yr old woman. I am not done with this one.

Rico Number2 Charged me $900+ to change out my radiator alone. The radiator was 200$. Then they Charged me for antifreeze and freon(we didnt even ask for freon and it was filled last month) antifreeze is understandable.

David Skinner Omari and the team over there are great. They have a huge service center, pick up /drop off and a great team handling your experience from A-Z. I just need my car fixed, but they go above and beyond.

Jordan Fisher This is the best place to go for quality and price!! I was in a wreck and had terrible damage to my car, the other party at fault did not have insurance. I originally went to caliber and was quoted 10K! I decided to try here, and was quoted around 5-6k. By the end of it the price was just under 5. Seems a little weird right that it could be done for half the price? nope everything was great! I got scheduled to bring it in the following week, and it was done by the end of that week! And you wouldn’t be able to tell at all that there was ever a scratch. I was even given some money back after it was complete because he ended up not needing it all! I will never take my car anywhere else now and you shouldn’t either if you want honest and quality work :) The owner Bob has awesome vibes, I knew even just after the first phone call asking if there was a time I could bring my car for an estimate that it was going to be a much experience then at any other car shops.

Minstew Minstew Unfortunately got a flat tire driving on 75. Was able to make it to an O’Reilly to get a fix a flat. It wasn’t enough so filled up enough air to get to this tire shop. The service was excellent and the workers were outstanding. Very nice. But minus a couple stars because of the very high prices. Replaced two front tires for four hundred thirty. Pretty excessive considering I just bought two rear tires for two fifty at my local shop.

Michael Ogg Got a huge nail on my tire on my way from Houston to Tulsa. They tried to plug it to save me some money, but the nail had penetrated the sidewall. They sold me a tire for a good price and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. I felt like I was at a NASCAR pitstop. These guys are super helpful, fast and friendly.

John Owens I had a blown head gasket and took my Chevy equinox to them and they did a wonderful job and kept me updated with the progress. I had a small issue and called them up and he went in on a Sunday to make sure I would be good to go for the following work week. I have used a lot of different shops around the US and I never felt like I could trust a garage like I can this shop. I highly recommend them and will definitely be making Campbell’s my go to for any and all auto repair. And if you are looking for a cheep reliable vehicle check with him bc he seems to be able to get ahold of some decent vehicles for prices that are in today’s market very fair! Thanks guys

Eric Harp DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!Terrible place to go. They had a grill in the shop for heat and it caught the building on fire and burnt up 3 customers cars. My dad( who passed away) had his motorcycle in the building. The paint is ruined. Steve never answers phone or responds to texts. They didnt even clean my dads bike up. And had all the chance to. Instead two guys were working on a jeep and a truck. Lies and excuses. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!

gracie jackson I went to 4 different places to try to get my car inspected before coming to Glenn’s Auto! This is the only place where I pulled up and they walked out to me. I sat in the comfort of my own vehicle while they did what they needed to do and got me out quickly as my kid does not like sitting in the car still for long periods of time. Thank you guys for making it easy for me to get my car inspected and for being kind! 10/10 recommend!

Rebecca Albarran I came with my partner for an inspection, during the process I was informed the 3rd break light mount was out (only 1 of 3 bulbs in the mount was out). At first I said yes because I didn’t know if I had the tools to repair it right at the moment. Before the inspector got back to the vehicle with tools, we informed him that, that part of the service was no longer needed since we actually had the tools with us in the vehicle so we could just go down the block to a auto parts store to purchase the bulb at a MUCH cheaper price, he insisted on continuing after MULTIPLE times of us both letting him know we could do it ourselves very nicely. He refused to listen and stop, he just kept saying “No, I can do it!” or “I got it!” acknowledging he IN-FACT heard us but he also took our light mount with him when he walked away so we couldn’t stop him physically without being aggressive to an extent, which is NOT what I wanted. He tried to charge me $30 to replace a 2in bulb that cost $4-8 at an auto parts shop that we didn’t want replacing. I calmly refused to pay at checkout due to the situation I encountered and his reply was “I couldn’t hear you and I didn’t hear him either” after we stood less than 5ft from him during the whole process. We returned the bulb our selfs and left! I did offer to pay for my inspection rightful so since it was completed and printed out but because I left and came back with the bulb replaced on my own. I came back to pay for my completed inspection so it wouldn’t end up a waste of time for us both because I hate to have conflicts at businesses but the elderly inspector AND “boss” (I don’t think he was the real boss) refused to give me the passed inspection sheet that was done 20mins before because I essentially didn’t let him overcharge me for the bulb so I took my needs elsewhere which was fine because I was NEVER coming back after this was done. No good moral standing repair shop would charge such an outrageous price for the part and “labor” anyways, especially after the customer continued to tell them that, that part of the service was no longer needed before starting the job! SCAMMERS!!

Angel Edwards Only place I get my vehicles worked on. He is always upfront and honest. Only fixes the actual problems, and gets the work done correctly and promptly have only had to go back for one do over and it was all warranty and the problem was the part failed 10 months later and several 1000 miles. He replaced it with no problems 2023...continue to be a lifesaver and great place was told I had an alternator out somewhere else he checked it all out turns out it was just a bad battery cable. Fixed for a min amount and back on the road on no time

K Paige Ring He charges less than half of what other places charge and he actually fixes the problem. Ive tried a lot of different places in town (and a few out of town) but Ricks is the best and the most reasonable. He really cares about your vehicle and you. Its the only place my family and I trust.

Sharmaine Glover I had to take my elders car here for repairs, so we could use her car for travel. They had it fixed within a day after telling us it would be two days since he had a bigger job in front of us. Now her car works so good, she wants to go all over Sherman. Exceptional customer service and great prices.

Lyn Wilkinson Thank you Caliber! We picked up my sons car from another auto body shop and the next day, hit the road for a family vacation. Unbeknownst to us, the noise dampening shield was broken and started falling off as we started off on our trip two hours from home. Caliber was so kind and courteous to help us. They immediately took his car and put it up on a lift. They remove the shield and sent us on our way. Im so thankful we can finish our trip with a peace of mind and not worry about the shield dragging on the ground. Very appreciative to Caliber!

Edward Guillo Got our suburban fixed there about 1 and half years ago they never blended the paint into the quarter panel so you can tell the doors wear painted because the color doesnt match the used bumper they put on is already peeling and has a crack next to the headlight I had to take it back twice for a headlight exchange because they put on a broken headlight the first time and when your driving at night you can see the light beam bouncing the second time I took it back because they never did the alignment so the new tire wind bald in the corner so they had to put on a new tire and send it to get the wheel alignment never again would I take a car accident vehicle there

Kim Scott I took my car in for an oil change and check up. My tires were also rotated. They were quick, easy and polite! I appreciate the short amount of time I had to wait and the ease of getting service. Sherman Chevrolet is Amazing!

Sierra Moore This is twice that Ive taken my car in for routine maintenance (oil change) and a day later my check engine light comes on.. first time I had to pay $180 just for them to "diagnose" the issue, come to find out, a cap wasnt put back on correctly during my oil change... no refund, apology for the inconvenience or anything.... here I am a few months later and guess what!? 1 day after an oil change my check engine light is on again. When I get in for them to check the error code, its going to have to be left for a day during the week where someone else can diagnose it and ofcourse itll cost me yet another $180.. Im really starting to believe its just a way to gouge money from people! This is really ridiculous. I dont suggest anyone ever use their service department.
