5 /5 Chrissy Martin: I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful Bob at Schnitker Body Repair is. I was in a 4 car accident in late June on highway 75 with resulting body damage to both the front and rear end of my Nissan Altima. To make a tough situation even worse, the air conditioner was knocked out and made driving unbearable in the Texas summer.
After dealing with frustrating and unhelpful repair shops, and being told that there was no availability until end of August (apparently due to hail storm damage from earlier this year), I found Schnitker Body Repair. From the moment I called, Bob was very helpful and worked with me through the process. He met with the insurance adjuster and spent a good amount of time going through the details of the needed repairs, ensuring that everything was covered. When I spoke with the insurance adjuster afterwards, he even made a comment about how good of a guy Bob was in making sure the estimate was fair and thorough. I thought that was a really cool thing to hear.
The damage ended up being pretty extensive but Bob made sure that the smallest details were taken care of and I can honestly say that my car looks as good as new - you cant even tell that anything happened to it!
