Frances Cromartie I had a wonderful service call experience from Ronnie and his service call mechanic. My vehicle had a bad fuel pump, would not start and had me without an operational vehicle for three days. After checking other local repair shops and not finding one to provide a timely service call at a price I was comfortable with, I contacted Ronnie at 411 Tires & Automotive, he and his mechanic came and repaired my car in a timely and professional manner. I proudly send this review because I live three towns north of Giddings, but he didn’t see that as a problem and provided his services with a “Can Do” attitude and performed it a manner that was “Second to None.” I highly recommend the 411 Tires & Automotive shop based on my very pleasant experience with them.

Angel Aguilar I don’t even know where to begin . March 2024 I had my car towed to this shop . It was damaged in a wreck. . I picked it up a couple months later and the company was paid in full.m 16 k. The paint job was terrible so I returned it. I went back two more times and the work was still not done.. Fast-forward 10 months later after paying my car payment and insurance every month and not being able to use my car. I decided to take it to a different shop and they informed me that the car was not even safe to drive and after looking at the quote, the work that was charged to the insurance company was not even done. Significant unresolved damage with the frame suspension and undercarriage. I was told that it was not safe to drive and that if I got in an accident, my passenger probably would die. Horrifying! I have kids and grandkids. I was extremely taken advantage of, and shouldn’t have trusted somebody that seemed nice.

Angela Green Had my rear brakes replaced and the mechanic told me that it was leaking a little and would have to replace it eventually. Went back to have the caliper replaced, everything is fine with that part. My drive shaft broke and my daughter ordered the parts for me. They finally fixed that, but when I went to get an oil changed, they told me that I was leaking Def and that they could tell everything had been replaced. Finally after calling Ronnie he got under my car after about a month and a half to two months and told me that the seal was the wrong size. So why didnt his mechanic tell me we ordered the wrong size? So he gettys on the phone to OReilly and I heart him order 2 seals for my car and they would be here between 4-5pm, this was on a Friday morning and I said that would be fine, Ill go do my job in Brehnam at 3 and then they can fix my car. Well, I went up there at 4:30 and he said he hadnt heard from them yet, but add soon as he does, hell give me a call. I waited and waited, I finally called up to OReilly and they said he didnt place that order and I havent heard anything from him and yet he tells everyone he sees that Im his number one customer, or he does it when Im standing beside him. Do you treat your number one customer like this? I guess you do

Allen Chan Travel Houston to Austin had transmission leak and over heat warning, got Ronnie by blissing, was adding fluid at AutoZone and customer said go to Ronnie next door, Ronnie tech work it it right away and in about an hour found Radiator transmission cooler was leaking, he got one drove in from Austin and by 630pm, I was able to get home with my wife, fair price too. I would be spending the night at a hotel if any other shop, Thanks for your warm country hospitality

Simple_flowergilr miller 5 stars bc in 30mins they patched my tire for $15 and gave an inspection for $7 even. I had went to the Shell shop right before coming here but they was trying to charge double. Which sad bc I use to to their for years. So I think I found myself a new shop to go to.

Not Today I needed air in 2 tires and they charged me $7. Seven freaking dollars for air? They didnt even tell me how much it would be until after they put the air in the tires. Go somewhere honest, not this place. No integrity here.

We got it to their shop about a mile away, and I picked it up Tuesday (they were done Monday but its as soon as I could get back). As well as was very reasonably priced. They provided Quality service, at a moments notice and were very polite and helpful in finding my parts. Mark Duoto Ive done a very lot of reviews and never gave 5 stars till now. The staff here are knowledgeable about everything they carry, great service, things are done when they say they will be and done correctly. They keep whatever they sell stocked up so you dont have to worry whether or not they have something. Play they are great with the customers and go well beyond what they have to do. It does get a bit busy at times play take a few minutes for them to get to you but when you take care of each customer like you should thats how it is sometimes. Great job guys

Issac C. I wouldnt call them out for any roadside mechanical diagnostics or repairs. Theyll end up just telling you it needs to be towed because they dont have what they need to figure out whats wrong. Save your money call a true Roadside Mechanic who comes prepared or have it towed on your own without the cost of them telling you.
