Cole S Quality Auto Care is by far the best auto/mechanic shop that I have yet to have experienced in Waco. JD and is team are not only incredibly knowledgeable on all things automotive but they also have continued to show me the upmost levels of customer care and professionalism. It has been proven to me time and time again that this shop operates on a basis of honesty and straight shooting. You will always get the best price for the high quality work that you are receiving, and if they happen to get something wrong you will never be on the hook for that. They will make it right! Quality Auto care is a true family owned business that that treats you just as such, like family. There is a comfortable waiting room atmosphere, true hospitality, and staff with an awesome niche for humor and care! Whether you need routine maintenance, stock part replacement, or in my case, untested custom work (upgraded differential replacement), Quality Auto care is the place for you! Since my initial visit I have returned and will continue to do so with all future repairs. I cannot recommend them enough, and if you’re on the fence simply give the shop a call and let JD’s knowledge instill you with confidence!!

Duke Machado Jose is a genius! He has always done fantastic work on my family vehicles. From Air Conditioning issues to tracing wiring issues, brake work and tires. He’s honest and his prices are very fair. You will not be disappointed! Tell him Duke sent you!

Ivan Salazar I’m sincerely surprised and pleased with the amount of care and knowledge that the staff shows every time I get my truck serviced. I went to this shop to get a second opinion with my truck and he showed me that the problem could be solved by doing a simple repair. The other shop wanted me to do a whole transmission rebuild and pretty much saw me like an ATM on legs. I will support this local business any time I need a repair or maintenance on my vehicles.

Came in to get my tire patched but found out I had a nail in the side wall so they helped me find a tire shop that had my tire size that was in my budget and kept my little one entertained while we worked on finding one. ShaMarien Harris Resolved my AC problem when other mechanics couldnt identify the issue. The air conditioning now blows ice-cold, which is a lifesaver in the scorching Texas weather! He quickly pinpointed the problem within half an hour and had my vehicle ready for pickup the following morning. Ill definitely be back for any future car-related issues!

He also tells you the cost upfront. A great place to take your vehicle. This place was a life saver for me.

mary allen Went for a check on my transmission and a 65k mile review. As usual Melanie was very friendly, professional and listened about my concerns. The tech did a full check on fluids, belts, etc and an oil change. The employees are honest and update what is needed or not and was out in about an hour. Lobby is clean. Great service and professional employees!!

Randomly selected these guys from a list of nearby mechanics…and ever so glad I did. Next time I’m in Waco and need a mechanic there’s no doubt I’ll be calling these guys.

Susan Stone This business came highly recommended and for good reason. My 2010 Honda got GREAT service. I had my timing belt, water pump and alternator replaced. I was able to source and supply the parts (I like searching out well priced parts)on my own for the repairs and what wasnt needed was returned to me (unopened) and returned to the parts store. Alfonzo was my point person, as I am unable to speak Spanish, and he was kind, earnest, communicative and a good joke teller. The rate for labor was absolutely worth every penny and very affordable. This wonderful small business will see me again.

Along with the great customer service, he diagnosed and replaced my damaged wheel bearings at a good price. Highly recommend this shop, Mike is a great guy and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. Will be coming back here for any future repairs from now on.

Kavitha Suresh Our car broke down due to a transmission issue, and we took it to CMP Automobile. Mike, the owner, was incredibly professional and kind throughout the process. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and even provided a warranty for the parts he replaced, which gave us extra peace of mind. We couldn’t pick up the car right away due to our work schedules, but Mike was very understanding and even waived the storage fee. Great service, honest work—highly recommended

Jayj Aprils This used to by my favorite shop until they let the C team work on my truck. I paid for a tune / delete on my 5.7. That never got done. Also lifters and cam where needing to replaced, 5000 miles later my truck runs like crap. And I definitely do not have another 3 months for my truck to be down. Robert is an awesome mechanic, but I was very disappointed on who worked on my truck while Robert and Jamie were on vacation. He’s definitely a busy man who needs more GOOD help.

Jodi Mynarcik I was told by another auto shop that was engine was done due to a cylinder not working properly. I was told I needed a whole new engine along with getting some leaks fixed. I was quoted at 10K. This was news that I didnt want to hear. My father in law recommended I get my car towed to Robert Pogue. I am so glad I did! They were able to properly diagnose the problem with my engine and instead of a new engine, I just needed a new coil! That saved me thousands of dollars! The other issues that the other auto shop said I needed to get fix were also wrong. I am so thankful for Jamie and the rest of the crew. Jamie communicated with me every step of the way. It is hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy and I feel that I found the jackpot with Robert Pogues Automotive. Thank you so much!!!
