5 /5 CrazyCreativeGrandma Productions: I absolutely cannot understand why they don’t have a 5 star rating! Why you ask? Because they aren’t money grubbing jerks, that’s why. My son broke off the plug to his oil pan while changing his oil. He’s 20 and not much experience with cars. He just happened to reach out to James with ProFleet and explained what happened. Without hesitation, James told him what to do and didn’t insist on coming over just to make a quick buck. So why am I leaving a review? Because I would have had to pay the bill. You just don’t find companies that are honest and not poised to strip you of your hard earned money! ProFleet gets my 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and any other accolades I can think of. I can promise you that the next time I need a mechanic that I can trust, I will be calling ProFleet Mobile Mechanics! Thank y’all!

5 /5 Jordan Williford: I had made a mistake trying to change my oil and stripped the bolt and it ended up in my oil pan after trying to get it out I thought I was gonna be out 500$ after all these quotes and called pro fleet asking what they could could and James had told me I can just go ahead with the oil change and it should be fine so I did my car is working just as it did before my mistake unlike a lot of mechanics that would try and say it’s a 700-800$ job James at pro fleet said save your money and don’t worry about it just do the oil change your car should run perfectly fine. Thank you pro fleet helps me and mt family a lot.

1 /5 Samuel Means: I needed help in a hurry for a staff member in a different city. Profleet was quick to take care of it but then after the work was done couldnt do tax free, and said it would have to be processed next week. I then asked if I would pay at that point and he said if "you want to drive it today you have to pay today." Then I asked how I would get refunded our money to which he had no answer. Completely unreasonable. Their response below is a lie. They were provided with the tax exempt form on the day of the service (see second picture). James told me the person that processes only works 2 days a week and couldnt do it until next week, but thats not really helpful to us when you are trying to hold our car hostage because of your own incompetence as a business

James is extremely friendly and made the whole process painless. My car was diagnosed quickly, I received an accurate invoice upfront, and the repair work was completed conveniently and efficiently.

He stay 2 hours to make sure that my husband vehicle was working properly! I gave this man a 5 star I will recommend anyone to go to this mechanic because he is affordable and reliable!
