They kept me regularly informed throughout the process, including the extended wait for a custom electrical harness that had to be manufactured by Mercedes in Germany. Their communication and transparency made a stressful situation much more manageable.
Terry also worked directly with my insurance company, which was a huge relief, and he even unclogged the sunroof drains and completed a registration inspection—both at no additional cost. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority at Texan Auto.
I have no doubt that if I had taken my car to the dealership, as I typically only trust Mercedes dealership for all repairs, I would not have received the same level of personalized service and attention to detail. I’m truly grateful and now a customer for life.

Kim Valera I have been going to Texan Auto for several years now. They always do a great job with my car and Im always aware of what needs to be done and why. I was particularly surprised to see a review from Stephanie Young, stating that the coupon she had included European cars. It clearly states on the coupon that they are extra. Last time I checked, Volvos are not American cars and would not qualify for the coupon. I will continue to go to Texan Auto for my car needs.
