They get the price in advance and then ask for more. Absolutely a scammer. Be careful. I seriously suspect that those who gave 5 points are all water army，This will mislead many people.

NOVAC Horrible place! No trucks in the bays and they all walking around and say can do an inspection in one-two hours, after two hours said the mecanic has to leave in 45 min and for my inspection need about one hour come in the morning. Horrible! Management cut the payment or get them fired.
