John Richard This is going to be to the point. A young man working was more concerned with talking to what I assume has to be a friend of his that pulled in rather than help the lady service my vehicle. After I left and arrived at my hotel I didn’t feel comfortable with the work they had just performed due to the lack of paying attention, they ask me to reset my service life setting, nor did they put a reminder sticker on my windshield. So I popped the hood to just look over the engine and immediately noticed that the air filter housing cover was not screwed down nor wa it even aligned properly. I did notice the young man under the hood like he was screwing it down but he rushed and didn’t pay attention to what he was doing. I had to bring my vehicle back for them to do it correctly only for the lady to tell me it’s on there right I seen him screw it down. Well why do I have the screws in my hand!! Last time being my fleet vehicle to any of there locations! Horrible service!

April Marie Carl and Detrenton done a fabulous job today at grease monkey. I was in and out in 30 mins. They communicated really well while doing it to ensure everything was done correctly and safely. They made sure I had oil when I left, dont believe the rumors going around about them not putting oil back in the cars.

John H Well the work looks good. There does seem to be some excessive nose from the door which we need to look in to. Customer service was good, except notifications. Problems with supply chain, thanks government, but I want notified until I called which kinda sucked. Work was good, but wasnt kept "in the loop".... If need again Ill probably return because they didnt seem to mess me over like another body shop in Jasper did.... Good work and loved the receptionist! She was great and friendly.

trae stuart I was just passing thru Jasper on my way home but needed to get my tires rotated while some place was open. All we have is Mavis where I live and Im not a fan so I stopped here. With just over 40,000 miles Ive had the dealer, (Patterson in Marshall) align my truck at least twice because it generally pulls right and steering wheel is never centered. Patterson is absolutely incompetent and always wanted me to leave my truck overnight and walk while they tried and failed to align it. So, I gave up until I was to get new tires or something and I would try a professional shop like this one. Short story long, Modica Bros accidently aligned my truck in about the time it takes most places to just rotate my tires. For whatever reason it had gotten written on the w.o. My truck now drives like it should have when it was brand new! Talk about a happy accident and I didnt even have to pay them for their mistake. I kinda wished I had after I left and realized they actually got it right! If I didnt live so far away this would be my store. Theyre courteous, friendly and quick! They also took care of my problem and didnt try to up sale me on something I didnt need, MAVIS. Thanks, Modica Bros. Ill spread the word.

K S About a year ago, Michael fixed a sidewall flat for me! My tire was a brand new and factory tires at that! I got quotes for a new tire and Hollis was by far the least expensive for the exact same tire at Lakeway and another place! Luckily Michael could fix the flat and he was the only one willing to try it in my hometown. The tire is still good! Hollis will be my go to from now on!

Thomas Johnson Had valve cover gaskets done a few months back and had to have them replaced by another mechanic, during this job the new mechanic told me I needed an 02 sensor but I just paid these folks to put in four new sensors and come to find out my 02 sensor never got put in my truck have all the proof and will be contacting the B.B.B. Monday morning,these people have cost me a lot of money!And I will let everyone know how this company works and feed on the disabled!Just Not Right!

John H Brought my vehicle in for AC and seal work. Told that engine rear seal and AC blend door were replaced, also AC coolant with dye had been put in the AC. Got home and found that the AC wasnt working. Returned to have it looked at again and I advised the shop that the compressor didnt turn when air conditioner was turned on. Told me that I must have a large leak as well likely that there wasnt enough AC coolant to cause the compressor to kick on. Vehicle was dropped off on a Wednesday afternoon. After three or four calls checking on my vehicle I was told to call after lunch the following Tuesday. I called and my vehicle still had not been checked. Needing my truck to haul other equipment around I returned and picked it up without it having been repaired. Following week, went to dealership and it was determined that my belt tensioner was shot and caused the compressor belt to fail there prohibiting the compressor from turning on. AC coolant level was fine, no leaks. Replace belt and belt tensioner, AC working. I understand mistakes can be made, but not even checking on the vehicle for almost a full week... And charging for a blend door when the AC wasnt even cooling, then charging for adding coolant that may or may not have been done, since no leak was found... Not good.

David Holmes After hitting a deer my Mom’s vehicle was here almost 6 weeks for repair, when they finished it was truly awful… clearcoat drips and roughness, they literally dropped the gas cover while it was wet so it’s grit city, a dent they didn’t fix and a bent running board because they “didn’t notice”, ripped wheel well trim they didn’t replace, a poorly adjusted door that lets wind in, every piece of trim they touched is loose, and the inside was filthy (she keeps it spotless) I guess this is their definition of “like new”.
