West TEXAS Drone Guy: Wish there were 10stars for this business. Patrick and his wife opened up on 4th of July to help us out. We had broken lugs on one of wheels and were basically stuck. While Patrick was working on our vehicle he took us into town so we could get some food since we had only been able to eat snack food that we had packed for our vacation. There needs to be more business owners like these guys top notch customer service and genuine good small town people.

Jimmy Romas: Don’t come here unless you have extra time , extra money and like to deal with careless people !!!! I got stuck because of car defect and they got me really good. Very expensive ( triple charge ) compare to Mercedes dealership . I called Mercedes dealership and asked how much cost to change thermostat and they quote me $718 + 99 part compare to this place charging me over $2,000 ….. Overall very Careless , took over one week to change thermostat, even though they know I have family with me ( wife and 3 kids visiting Fredericksburg ) , they don’t care about it and they try to keep me there during the repair process for over 10 days .

Ilce Maldonado: I got my oil change done here and this is what happened to my car when I got home. I realized when my husband left in the car, I go outside and see this on our driveway. The filter and the oil. I call my husband right away and he was already telling me the car was marking him to pull the car over. He had to leave the car on the side of the road until next day when we went to VP to make the claim. They also did not clean the oil on our driveway after they said they would. My car could’ve exploded or the engine could’ve stopped working. Do not recommend going here. This isn’t the first time they have done this.
