1 /5 Steven Gingras: I initially brought two of my trucks to this shop around September/October 2024, fully understanding that the extensive repairs would take some time. However, after six weeks of no updates and repeated unanswered phone calls, I decided to check in—only to find that my trucks hadn’t even been touched. The owner blamed poor management and claimed he was firing the manager. Frustrated, I had to take my trucks elsewhere for repairs.
Fast forward to February 2025, I decided to give them another chance, hoping things had improved under new management. This time, I only needed a non-working speedometer fixed. I dropped off my truck on a Monday and made it clear that I absolutely needed it back by Saturday morning. I was assured it would be done in time.
Throughout the week, I called multiple times for updates—no one ever answered. Saturday came, and the shop was completely deserted. Again, no one answered my calls or texts. After sending over 20 messages and finally threatening legal action, I finally got a response. The new manager met me at the shop, but unsurprisingly, nothing had been done to my truck.
This shop has repeatedly proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and completely unresponsive. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
